Ariel Dunes I has a distinctively urbane look, regally crowned with triple roof top porticos that resemble classically columned Roman temples. These architectural crowns are majestically up lighted at night for dramatic effect which makes this tower look like a resort hotel you would expect to see in Las Vegas. However instead of being in sin city, it is located right in the heart of Destin’s Miramar Beach overlooking the dazzling jewel toned gulf. Ariel Dunes I is centered on a palm lined boulevard that serves as the entrance to this resort complex and is only about 200 yards away from the shimmering crystalline white sand beach. A palm lined pedestrian board walk parallels the sandy shoreline and extends 2,000 linear feet from one side to the other. This provides easy convenient access to the glowing emerald hued waters of the gulf. When you first see Ariel Dunes I it has a unique mirage appearance. Two wide sparkling swimming pools extend across its entire base which makes the building appear to float magically above the water that is reflected below.

Ariel Dunes I 401 is a pristine 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit located on the southeast corner of the complex offering great views of Seascape Resort and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This condo features an open living area with Flat Screen TV and comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen comes fully equipped and hosts an open view of the living room and dining area. The master bedroom offers a King sized bed while the master bathroom features a walk in shower and garden tub. You can also enjoy direct balcony access from this bedroom to enjoy the beautiful sunny days. One of the guest bedrooms include a cozy Queen size bed, balcony access, and a full private bath en suite. The other guest bedroom houses a Queen/Twin Bunk with a Twin Trundle making it the perfect place for the kids. An additional bathroom is located in the hallway serving the third bedroom as well as guests relaxing in the living room and kitchen. Don't forget the wrap-around balcony that easily offers enough space for your entire family to enjoy the lovely Gulf Views.

Poolside dining is available downstairs at “Cabana Cafe”. For exercise, a recently remodeled Fitness Center is on site. This location is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, friendly bars, shopping at Silver Sands and family fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in nearby Sandestin. Championship golf and pro tennis courts are right next door here on Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

    The condo was beautiful. Lots of space and enough room for everyone. Minutes from the beach. Will definitely book again.

    Unit was picked up, but was not super clean. Housekeeper should be instructed to pull out the furniture and thoroughly clean the condo. Dust and crumbs under and behind the couch, beds, and TV stand, including a half empty water bottle. I stretched each morning in the living room and found crumbs imbedded in the carpet.

    We came down for my brother's wedding. We stay in this area every year for spring break but have never stayed at Ariel Dunes. The condo was clean, reasonably priced and large enough for everyone to be comfortable in the space. My ONLY critiques would be the number of towels and extra toilet paper and paper towels. We have 4 daughters so toilet paper didn't last us 24 hours and there was no extra rolls so we had to run out and get more the day after check-in. We also had to wash towels every morning to have enough for our evening/post beach (pool) showers. We would definitely stay here again.

    We had a great stay, the property was a little outdated but nice. Plenty of sheets and towels but kitchen needs to be stocked better with baking sheets and cooking utensils. Plates, spoons, forks and cups were plenty.

    It was an at home feel. It was dated but very much so worth it. We loved where we stayed and enjoyed every minute. I loved the books in the cabinet. The games that we could play. That was really awesome! I would recommend this place to someone who could appreciate what this place represents, family love and a good time.

    This property was absolutely amazing for me and my family. It is exactly like its pictured, the kitchen is fully stocked, appliances are all upgraded and state of the art, the balcony is huge, and it was SUPER clean! My family and I will be back for sure. The pool was clean and it was easy to social distance even with a sold out resort. Beach access is literally across the street. FYI, be patient with the elevator you can only have 4 people in at a time but it was not too bad. I would highly recommend this property! The beaches are hands down the best in FL!

    This building is in a great location. It is easy to get to the beach and there are good restaurants within walking distance. We’ve stayed here twice and will be back.
