I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a great experience, we rented through Topeka for a music weekend and it was all great. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. The views were amazing! The only complaint I can come up with is check in was a little confusing, But it went well once they got it all straightened out.

The restaurant being down by the pool was super convenient and the food was good! Will be returning and staying here again!

We have stayed in multiple condos at Ariel Dunes, and this one did not disappoint. The place has beautiful views of the ocean. The condo is well stocked with almost everything you could need. One thing we did not find was a hair dryer, but we had one with us. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Reviewer Comments: The place was clean,decor very dark, with heavy curtains, valanced windows and dark furniture. A few extra bath towels would be nice. No liquid dish detergent, sponge or kitchen scrubbie, no laundry detergent, no sharp kitchen prep knives, potato peeler, hand soap. Maybe this is all acceptable in this market but as a vacation rental owner I expected a bit more attention to comfort and updated decor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a condo at Ariel Dunes tower I that was located on the 22nd floor, the view was incredible, condo clean and the Beach service was nice. One downfall was that we went in March so the weather was a bit cooler and most pools were not heated, and no hot tubes. All and all we had a great time and the kids loved it, we will be back.
