I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid over a thousand to stay here, we didn't expect to have to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body soap, literally anything we need to use.

Place was better than I expected!! Really nice place and great views!! Short walk across parking lot and across the street to the beach. I would definitely love to go back and stay in same place!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit next door are heavy smokers. All that awful smoke comes through the air vents right into this unit. It was so bad we had to tape all the vents over and keep the patio door open all the time to have fresh air. I would never recommend this unit for non smokers. (It is funny how they have no smoking signs on this unit).

Great location in the heart of Miramar Beach. Walk across the street to beautiful beach. And of course the view...you'll spend time every morning and night on the balcony enjoying the view.
