Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo was excellent! It was clean and just as pictured with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and you could hear the ocean. The property is very nice with heated pools, fitness center and a coffee shop. The Cabana Café had awesome food and atmosphere with very friendly staff and customers. The location was great with the ocean a short walk across the road, restaurants nearby and an outlet mall and grocery store about 1 mile away. Destin harborwalk is about a 20 min. ride away with great food, restaurants and activities. Felt very safe everywhere we traveled and the people were all very friendly. We didn't have time to do the dolphin cruise but it came highly recommended by others. Would definitely recommend this condo and area! Will be back for sure.

Stayed Jul 29, 2018Good location - everything was really clean w/the exception of the floors. It didn't seem as if the floors were swept before we got there and they really needed to be mopped. Other than that, the bathrooms and kitchens were updated and very clean. the location is great - super close to the beach.

Stayed Dec 30, 2017The view was great from the master bedroom. The only downfall was the tv in the bunk room did not have cable attached. But overall it was a great trip.

Stayed Jul 1, 2017Great view just about 300 steps to the beach. We loved having the pools to come back to after mornings of sun, salt water and sand. We wonder why the property can't provide umbrellas at the table, at the very least, for some respite from the sun. Our view of the ocean and fireworks almost every night was great!! It would have been nice having the Cafe Cabana as an easy place to drop in for a bite had we not had such a horrible experience the first night. So we never went back. The new plaza at the Hwy 98 entrance provided a nice Mexican restaurant and a great ropes course!! Would've loved some sort of tram or shuttle up and down the Scenic Hwy to more easily access shops or restaurants without having to drive. All in all the space and property were just what my family needed and I do think we may return in the future.

Stayed Jun 24, 2017We really enjoyed our stay at Ariel 1302. The view from the 13th floor is amazing! The condo was very well furnished and was plenty of room for three girls and one couple. It was very clean. My daughter and I joked about the master bedroom bed being a marshmallow! We cannot wait to visit again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beach out the front and golf and bay out the back. The views are incredible and so peaceful. Close to everything and a very short walk to the sand. Very updated and well kept home. What a great place to relax. Enjoyed the boardwalk and seeing the turtles and ducks. Patios extra large and we spent a lot of time there watching the people and listening to the surf.
