Gleaming stainless steel appliances and updated countertops adorn the kitchen, while the roomy dining area easily accommodates everyone. Unwind on the expansive couches in the living room, immersing yourself in movie nights on the sleek Flat Screen TV.

The primary bedroom, currently furnished with a King bed and its own en-suite bathroom, offers ample closet space. The King bed transitions to a Split King for added flexibility. An oversized Flat Screen TV also graces this space. The second bedroom features twin beds and a TV, presenting a cozy retreat. Both bathrooms exude a modern charm with new vanities and faucets. For your convenience, a stackable washer/dryer unit is housed within the condo. The Living room is very comfortable and the new couch is a sleeper sofa now. Arbor Trace #524 is a second floor, end unit with no elevator. Please note this unit is non-smoking, no pets, no motorcycles and no golf carts are allowed in the community. You must be 25 or older to rent and occupy our properties. There is a 3 night minimum stay.

It was beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we had lots of towels. The balcony had nice, comfortable furniture and a view on the golf course. We very much liked the fact that there was no carpet in the living room; it is much easier to keep clean ;) Communication with the people at Vacation Rentals of NMB was fantastic: the staff is available, polite, friendly , and super helpful. Do not hesitate to rent from them. We do plan on going back to the area next year and will definitely do business with this management company again.

The only issues were that there were a few gnats but I realized that they were just about everywhere around Myrtle Beach. If the master bed had a softer mattress and the neighbor upstairs didn’t work out at 5am every day, I would give this property a 10 easily. The property management group was extremely nice. Great customer service! Overall great experience!

It was close to everything we needed and had a spacious balcony overlooking the golf course too! We brought our own coffee pods, and stopped at the local grocery store for some other essentials. We were prepared and used the condo as a comfy home base when we needed a rest from exploring. Highly recommend!
