    We did not like the renovation during our stay and felt a little uneasy every time we used the elevator because of it. But, we were pleased with the property, the location, and the condo was spacious and provided us what we needed.

    Condo was clean and comfortable. Cute interior, great views. Everything was in working order. Management was excellent at communicating and the check in process was easy. The beach is not crowded and the complex is conveniently located.

    Overall we enjoyed this place, needs more parking spaces for sure it was Very hard to find a parking space at times and the elevator quit working a few times but they fixed it really quick.

    This condo was nice and accommodated all our our needs. It is not a fancy condo or have tons of updates, but it was still nice. The view was amazing. Loved that it was an easy walk to the beach and pool. Check in process was very easy as all information was sent prior to check in date. Text made it easy to communicate for questions. Only downside was parking one night there was not enough parking so we had to park in the overflow lot across the street.

    The full wall of glass windows that allow you to wake up to a panoramic view of the ocean is superb. The apartment itself is comfortable. Not that sterile feeling. The owner has left notes on how to link to the internet, and condo rules and ettiequte in the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable. And they have a good selection of pillows. Linens, Comforter, and towels were very good quality. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. The cleaning people did a good job. toiletries, garbage bag, and dishwashing detergent is enough for 2 cycles each. A note to the owner: The handle on the bathtub in the common bathroom is broken off. It was broken before I got there. I have pictures if you need them. Panhandle Gettaway which is the management company hired by this owner is doing a terrible job. I have all recordings, and E-mails if the owner would like to contact me. Let me explain. At first you are trying to book and you find that you are booking with a fourth party- clumsy. Paying was awkward since I had to pay 10% immediately and then the 90% 1 month before my visit. Trying to figure out how to get in and pay that other 90% had a few extra steps. Three days prior to check-in I sent a message asking for gate code, apartment number, door code, beach code. They sent me the apartment # but told me a future e-mail would have check in info. On check in day at 5pm I still had not received the e-mail. I sent them another message. I got no reply. We parked outside the condo parking lot. I sent them another message probably 5:30. I got no reply again. So as I was walking around on foot around the condo building another owner who sympathized with me gave me the gate code so we could park, and gave me the code to the beach. This owner had access through an owners portal of some sort and was able to help me get into my apartment. The informed me that Panhandle getaway wants you to download their app. Panhandle getaway leaves you two invalid parking passes in the door. Thank goodness the owner left internet information and such inside the apartment. At 8pm I got a call from JP from Panhandle gettaway. I ignored his first call. (I dont accept calls from unknown numbers.) When he called the second time he told me his name. I thought he said James, I was eager to tell him the problem but in so doing I called him James. He went on correcting my calling him by the wrong name, So I am happy to report, his name was JP
