Stayed Jul 12, 2025The unit was clean. The sliding door onto the balcony was wretchedly difficult to open and close. The kitchen is sparsely equipped….. the cooking utensils (pans) are old very “used”. There wasn’t a sweeper or even a broom to keep up with the sand that was brought in from the beach. We called maintenance 3 times for a variety of little things. They were at the unit within a few hours to address the issue. All in all it’s a nice place but I’ve stayed in much better.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Cabinets of bathrooms and kitchens are falling apart. Kitchen has cockroaches. One Bathroom had water logged after taking bath, looks tub was not cleaned properly for long.The location is great, but the property is not managed properly.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024Loved the location and the easy access. Much better than the larger resorts. You can walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Loved all of the windows and balconies were awesome watching the sunsets.Unit is a little older but it was just what we needed. Manager was quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again!

Stayed May 19, 20232 moms and 4 girls on their senior trip. Bedrooms were very roomy and lots of closet space! It is right across the road from the Winn Dixie so that was very convenient. Stocked with everything you could need. The balcony door was a little difficult to open but the view was perfect when you got out there.
