AquaVista 705E- 2BR 2BA Sparkling Beachfront Condo, Amazing Views & 2 BEACH CHRS

Had a issue when first arrived, but called the owner and he took care if it immediately. If any issue they will make it right. Property was great, had all the essentials need in the kitchen, great access to beach. Not crowded which we like due to having my family. Was away from the party crowd but also still close to all things. Would stay here again not questions asked!

We enjoyed our girls trip so much! The condo is PERFECT! We didn’t have a problem with anything. The owners communicated everything perfectly. We will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we did not like about this property. Easy access to beach, condo tastefully furnished and fully stocked. We loved the big balcony and terrific views. Very nice private beach. Definitely will consider this property for future beach trips!

Everything was clean and everything worked except 1 TV. I emailed the owner and they fixed it right away. Very enjoyable and will certainly stay there again. Some other bonuses were fast elevators and an uncrowded beach.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location is close to Pier Park and different restaurants. The beach chairs were a nice addition to the experience.

I was able to communicate with the owners if I needed to ask about something. That made the whole trip much better.

The condo was clean and overall excellent condition. My only complaint would be the long codes to enter the condo unit itself and the dishwasher was hard to open.

We stay every year in April. It’s perfect every time. Best host and location ever

This property was in a great location on a quieter part of the beach. The condo was perfect and the hosts were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.

Originally, my adult kiddo was supposed to accompany me on this trip. However, something came up and I decided to go by myself. Although I was a little nervous about traveling 7 1/2 hrs from home alone, I’m soooo glad I did. The condo was perfect and my stay was very enjoyable. I felt very safe at Aquavista while in my room, the parking garage and on the beach. I think I’ve started a new tradition! Lol. I would definitely return!

The owner was extremely responsive and very thorough with their explanations. The property was exactly as described. The view is unmatched and the location was perfect! We loved that Winn Dixie was directly across the street and Pier park was less than a mile away. The beach was never crowded and had plenty of space. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent location. Beach isn’t crowded, easy to get in and out of parking. Condo was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities. Would stay here again.

The balcony overlooking the beach was our spot. To wake up and have a cup of coffee every morning watching the ocean was so peaceful. The owner was amazing with all communication. Answered questions in a very timely manner. A very memorable trip.
