Aqua stunning 2BR 2BA end unit with breathtaking sunsets!!

The room was beautiful, just as described.

Very nice! Great location! Had some issues with garbage disposal but they came and fixed right away! Host was very nice and attentive!

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua.Have stayed at aqua for several years but first time in this unit. It did not disappoint.was just as advertised.Location and flior is perfect.We love love love Shuckems and this is perfect lication for frequent visits to our favorite place on the beach.We definitely would return to this unit.

Beautiful Place and view. My only complaint is when we arrived Saturday the TV in the living room was not working. It wasn’t til Monday I finally heard back after multiple calls. Two maintenance guys showed up Monday and couldn’t fix it. Wednesday they finally just ended up replacing the TV. That was roughly 4.5 days without a working TV in the living room. If was a big inconvenience for me and my dad who are early risers who like watching the morning news before everyone else wakes up. It also prevented us from having family movie night after dinner. Our last 3 days the AC wasn’t cooling efficiently and was 76/77 in our condo, this caused some very hot night while sleeping. I called twice about that problem and never heard back. Overall communication with properly manager was poor and we feel like we should be compensated for the TV and AC issues.

Great corner unit and very well appointed. Decor was very nice and comfortable. The best part, location - location - location.

Our stay was pleasant. The property manager was very tentative.

We had NO balcony access at all during our stay- under construction. This was NOT disclosed to us ahead of time. I sent two separate emails and then also called. Nothing has been done. We were woken up multiple days to men working on our balcony very noisily with sanding and drilling etc. very disappointed that we paid high money for a beach hotel with balcony and no access to it. We normally spend a lot of time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Watching sunset, listening to ocean, pictures. We could not do any of this ?. It’s even more frustrating that no communication from the property manager for the whole week.

Property was nice and all areas were very clean. Condo was clean and very spacious. The owner or property management definitely need to upgrade the towels. The bath towels are very small and cheap. Only complaint about the cleanliness is as we were leaving and stripped the sheets from the king bed we noticed the mattress pad was stained. Not sure about the other beds as we only used the king bed. This should be washed after each guest. I will now check these at checkIn in the future. Otherwise enjoyed the visit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We encountered a strong smell in master bedroom and bathroom, could not use while we were there; emerald service very very poor , we had no issue was not very clean either. Also the front door doesn't seal well because it was a consistent noise coming from wind blowing or noise outside.

This unit in need of some repairs and housekeeping needs fired. We had to wash every glass, plates, and silverware/ utensils that we were going to use. A chair in the living room is broken, there is black mold on one of the bathroom ceilings, mold around the shower, mold on the inside of the other shower curtain, a continuous wet place in the carpet going into a bathroom, a sewer gas smell coming from a bathroom and a CONDOM BOX in one of the nightstands. I called Emerald Coast and the lady I spoke to seemed sort of unconcerned. I have plenty of photos to share, and I would really like a refund for the cleaning fee I was charged. I won’t rent from this company again.
