• Work will be limited to Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Water will be completely shut off for the stacks during this time period
• Work will be limited to (1) stack at a time and will be out-of-order for a duration of 2 to 3 months until all units within that stack is completed.
• As much as possible, guest room assignments will be diverted away from the worksite
• Proper signage will be posted throughout the property to ensure guest safety

I've stayed at Island Colony several times now. I enjoy the location, lanai, pool, hot tub, 6th floor store, and the cafe in the lobby. This condo was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the lack of a pan to cook some eggs but that just meant more mornings to enjoy the Forty Niner cafe in the morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the island colony on seaside in Waikiki 3 times over the past two months and love the location for family business. It is very convenient and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. As a local traveling for family business finding a comfortable location that is price effective is difficult. Taxes and resort fees add almost 40% to the nightly rate. This one is the best we could find. The front desk staff goes beyond the call and having the convenance store on the 6th floor is very handy. The only items we found that could be improved was the window ac unit was very loud (could be us just not used to window ac units) and the quality of the bed and pillows in our 3ed unit was sub par. The billing was confusing to me as they bill multiple times as the deposits become non refundable. For me a one time payment option would be more convenient as I rarely change plans once made.
