AQUA Resort, Scenic Views from Spacious Oeanfront Condo, Beach service included!

Beach view was amazing! Owner/managment was excellent on communication. Overall very impressed!

Location, accommodations, management, and the ease of getting there.

The condo is in a great location and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Plenty of kitchen and bath towels are provided. The front door cannot be locked from the inside. My grandson is autistic so my daughter and her family decided to book accommodations somewhere else because they were fearful he could get out of the condo. (He often wakes during the night). The lock on the balcony door in the master bedroom was broken. It opened every time the front door opened. Parking is 50 and I suggest registering your vehicle and printing your parking pass BEFORE you arrive. Otherwise it’s an additional 5 to print onsite.

The property was very nice but the unit that we stayed in left a lot to be desired related to cleanliness. Baseboards and louvered doors were filthy. Fans in Master BR and LR where noisy and wobbling. Response from Property Manager was great as they sent a cleaning crew out right away. The issues that we faced were the same that were in several past reviews. Seems like owners really do not care about reviews and try to correct issues.

We've stayed at Aqua 20 times over the last 15 yrs. Room was a little run down and could have been cleaner. Master toilet ran the whole stay, trash disposal and dish washer didn't work.(minor problems) We love the location. We always have a great stay. The pools are nice and building is always clean. Views are amazing and guys who rent the chairs were friendly. Overall a great stay!

First time in PCB and it was a great experience. Really enjoyed the convienve of being right on the beach & having a full kitchen to utilize during the stay. Would definitely recommend

The property was as listed. The balcony was large enough for 4 adults to sit comfortably and enjoy the ocean view. The property pool was also clean and nice. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants. The kiosk for the parking permit is inside the building but easy to use once we found it.

The resort itself fine. Good location walking distance to pier.The unit itself needs some work. The master bedroom tv didnt work at all, unit needs to be swept and dusted. The master bedroom fan was unable to be turned up or down in speed so could very hot. The doors on inside didn't lock except 1. This includes the sliding door outside. Also one of the smoke alarms did not have any batteries in it

Very clean and nice condo. Well managed. The owner was very accessible.

Property has a beautiful view and plenty of space for 5 of us. Appliances worked well. Some issues with plumbing but property manager/owner was quick to respond.

Stayed for spring break. PCB is active on the weekends so if you like quiet this may not be the place for you. It was fine after Saturday night but the locals like to hang out on the strip over the weekend and it gets a bit much. Other than that the place is great and beach is the best.

Bruce is extremely nice/responsible when it comes to answering questions/messages. Definitely staying here again!(:

Great location for everything

I liked the complex but the condo needs new bedding, the pillows were old and stained. We were also cold some nights. There was only one extra blanket. The dishwasher barely works. The owner was very responsive and I overall was very happy.

Overall Condo is very nice. Lots of room. Having a kitchen pantry is nice so the counters aren’t cluttered. When I say plenty I mean plenty on luggage carts! Location is great. Shuckems is right across the street god food and atmosphere. Close to pier park. We enjoyed the condo very much!

Everything was great! The location was perfect and just steps to the pool and beach. The condo was clean and very spacious.

Excellent condo, very clean and comfortable. Was exactly as described.

Location is great and communication with Bruce was also good. But, there are a few things that need repair or updating. The master bath shower head sprayed water over the shower wall (no way to adjust it) and got the bathroom soaked. We put a wash cloth over it to stop the huge mess whenever we showered. The master bed mattress has seen better days and could use replacement as well as the chairs in living room. We did have a great trip!

Communication with owner and check-in was very smooth. Condo is just as described, and was a great stay for our family.
