Stayed Feb 19, 2022Staff were excellent!! Property is dated, sliding door did not lock, cupboard door had one hinge, pool area was great, lobby was very well kept and welcoming. I would rate staff 5 stars, room a 3, condo across the street had a very noisy bar , with pounding music until 2 am, police shut down parties there 3 times in two weeks.

Stayed Jul 25, 2021Hot water, it doesn’t exist regularly. I complained multiple times, had people up to my room, and just kept getting told it was ok. At times, it was, but primarily it was like warm at best. I did get one offer to move, but they never came through. Secondly, it has older crank open windows, which could be okay, but they do not work any longer. With louvered windows, you can hear everything outside, it was very loud. The slider did not lock as well. Overall super dissatisfied in the property, would not recommend.

Stayed Apr 8, 2021It was in the most perfect spot. Will probably try to go to this hotel again! It’s very close to the beach, The customer service was amazing if you need towels or anything you just call on the phone! Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. The lobby is so open and pretty. The only complaint I have is that the room looks smaller than in the pictures! Maybe it’s my fault for not looking at the square footage, overall this place was amazing.
