I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time for a winter beach trip was fantastic! Weather was better than expected. Beautiful warm days and cool nights. Walked to pier park for NYE festivities, but came back the condo for the final midnight fireworks. Best view ever!Spent a lot of time on the large comfy balcony. Condo is really nice, clean and comfortable. Easy booking. Marcy was so helpful and informative.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Nice clean condo. Comfortable beds. A/C went out on second day, but it was fixed promptly. Check in says 5 pm on listing, but got a message at 4 pm saying it was ready, which was right on time because we had just pulled into parking deck. Aqua condominium is clean and organized property Would stay again.

The beach was wonderful and our condo was wonderful. Spotless furniture was very nice. Mattresses were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

If you know anything about the south we battle with mold! Not a single speck in the place! Ohh and the beds were comfy! It’s always terrible if you can’t sleep the whole vacation. The patio furniture on the balcony was wonderful. Gramps really loved it. It is in the heart of town, so it is a little noisy and crowded but everyone was nice and the kids had a great time!
