Stayed Jun 21, 2025The process of checking in and out of this unit was great. We had no issues with that part of our vacation, but we have the benefit of having stayed at other units at Aqua, and this unit left much to be desired for our family. First, when we arrived there was a terrible smell in the unit. We bought candles and opened doors, and the smell dissipated, but it was bad. The unit appeared clean; it just smelled awful! We thought the beds were also terribly uncomfortable. I would say cheap, but I will go with firm. The beds seem led cheap, the pillows seemed cheap, and the furniture seemed cheap. It may seem fine, but as a regular to PCB and Aqua, there is no reason to come home from vacation with a sore neck and back ache! There are better units, so do your homework and spend a little more and enjoy a better unit!

It has everything you could need! Plenty of space, wonderful by room to sleep 4, and 2 spacious rooms with attached baths(one being master). Loved that we were able to watch teens in pool as condo is situated just above the larger indoor/outdoor pool! Beautiful view of gulf also! Within walking distance to Pier park and local shops and restaurants. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future! Highly recommend for larger families or groups!

The few downfalls of the resort was not enough chairs by the pool area. And the only concern with the room itself was the floors did not seem to have been mopped. The room was very spacious and beautiful decorated. Balcony was huge. We would stay there again.
