Stayed Dec 29, 2025We spent the month of January in this unit. Warren Beach Rentals were wonderful to work with. We left Minnesota earlier than planned and Warren worked with us to get the unit a few days early. It was clean and came well equipped. We loved our view from the balcony! Warren Beach Rentals was very transparent and they delivered for the price quoted. They were timely with their communications and if we had any questions they responded in minutes. Already making plans for next year!

Stayed Sep 27, 2025I highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals our room was very clean super nice for the price had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing the room had a awesome view on the 4th floor we ate breakfast an drank coffee every morning on the balcony to see dolphins swimming around. Any questions you have is responded to immediately booking was easy an no hassle I definitely will be booking with Warren beach rentals again at the Aqua

Stayed Jul 18, 2025The unit was just as described and the view was beautiful. Our only complaint was the agitator in the washer ruined our Peflagic UPF shirts with lots of black grease stains we couldn’t get out. We did notify the property manager who offered us some monetary relief off of our next stay. It unfortunately doesn’t assist with replacing our clothing at this point but as long as the washer issue is addressed, we will absolutely keep this unit on our list for future stays.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We stayed here on the week of the 4th. PCB is a little crowded during that time, but this condo was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and pier park. The condo was awesome and had plenty of amenities. It also included beach chairs for the whole week which was nice. I would definitely rent from this place again

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Location was good. Property could have been cleaner. Fronts of cabinets, fans and doors need to be cleaned. A lot of the electrical plugs did not work. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty with food on them.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025This condo was a great spot for our first visit to PCB! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home during our stay. The view of the beach was stunning and we enjoyed the many amenities of the condo. The location is perfect as it is close to the pier and many restaurants. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We enjoyed everything about this condo and staying at Aqua. It was across the street from surf shops/restaurants/bar/liquor store. It’s a short walk from the parking garage to the actual condo. The grocery store was a quick 2-3 minute drive with no traffic. We will definitely be back next year.
