Location good near Pier Park but a bit of a walk. Beautifully appointed condo. Some indoor furniture looked great but not comfortable, esp dining table chairs. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms tight/small. We stayed the week after labor day and condo not so clean. Opened microwave and vent cover came crashing down on me and solid surface stove. Fortunately no major injury to me or stove top. We could tell it was broken previously and someone just put it back. Tells me cleaning crew did not thoroughly clean. Had to schedule time away from beach for handyman to come into unit to fix it.

This penthouse condo was absolutely perfect! The view is amazing, the check-in process was very easy. We even got in an hour early. Cleanliness was absolutely top notch. Next time we visit PCB, we'll be sure to rent condo 2301 again!

The pictures live up to expectations. The condo had great space for our family of 5 which requires a bit more space to be comfortable. Views were amazing and we would stay in this condo again. Bravo!

We loved our stay here. The views were incredible, the condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the proximity to different stores, restaurants etc. It was perfect for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was beautifully decorated and as someone who stages and sells real estate, I appreciated this unit as soon as I walked through the door. The views from the balcony are breathtaking as the sun goes down. Property management was wonderful to work with and I hope to stay there again. I have stayed in many units in Aqua over the years and this is one of the best I have rented over the years. Book it and you won’t regret it!!

Great place. Very clean. Excellent views. Great location and walking distance to Pier Park (even with small children). Would stay again. Only comments would be more food/drink options on site for that many people. Parking situation isn’t ideal but understandable for size of complex. Only 2 elevators isn’t ideal.

Our Condo was very clean and bright! The views are the best ever drinking coffee on the patio with that view is magic. The condo property was well kept and amazing and within a short distance of many great places to go! Easy access to PCB! Thank you for being a great Host!

This condo is very nice and we had a great time here. The unit was spacious and the furnishings were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice condo to stay at. The only issues we had at our stay were that one of the balcony doors would not open (the locking mechanism was faulty) and the large balcony furniture was not very comfortable. Aside from that, the unit was great! Will definitely book this condo again in the future!

Hard to beat an end unit on the top floor of Aqua. The unit is large and light-filled with tall ceilings. Entry hall adds an elegance to the unit. Be sure to open all the sliding doors for wonderful ocean breezes and the sounds of the surf. Pools are great and deli and daiquiri window offer just what you’re craving. Beach front access with umbrellas and loungers make it so easy to enjoy. Beautiful views especially at sunset. We would happily rent this unit again and again.
