Great property. First time at the Aqua, won't be the last!

The condo was very clean and updated. The availability of the kitchenware was awesome. We were steps from the beach and both pools were great. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Aqua 204. Very clean and just as described in the listing. Loved that it was close to everything and convenient to the pool and beach. Love the 2nd level as we get to use the elevator that only accesses floors 1-3 so we didn't have to wait with the large elevators that went to the rest of the high rise!

My family and I went to Panama City for 4th of July weekend. This condo and building were the perfect size. We never had to wait on elevators. The building was a full capacity but never felt that way.The condo was perfectly laid out. Everything was clean and was very accommodating. I would stay here again when we come back to Panama City.

The Aqua property could do some things differently but the condo itself was clean as a whistle and furnished well. The beds and linens, and towels were all comfortable.BOOKBEACH is GREAT and immediately answered my questions and responded when I had a maintenance issue (that turned out to be a non-issue), but their response was impressive. AQUA could really use some more pool chairs in the peak season and enforce the rule of no holding chairs that sat empty all day. There aren’t nearly enough pool chairs and there is more space, so that’s something I didn’t care for but not enough to make my rating of this condo go down, especially because I went at the end of June and what do I expect? The garage elevators were broken the last two days of our stay, making departure a bit challenging but thank goodness this unit is on floor 2. This is such a luxury because there’s a separate elevator for floors 1-3 and I loved that about this unit. If you’re a person that doesn’t like waiting for elevators this is the unit for you. The line at 4pm check in was well past halfway mark of the Sky bridge but we were able to hop right over to the other 1-3 elevator. Win!

This was a great property over all. Very well kept and very clean. The condo was on the second floor so no long waits at the elevators…you can just take the stairs down one flight to the beach and pool area or up one flight to the crosswalk to parking. It had plenty of towels for our 5 guest group. The only two downsides I have to report are: 1) the palm trees obstructed some of the ocean view (but what can one expect being on the 2nd floor.) 2) The light in the hallway outside the condo shows into the bedroom windows at night and it made very it difficult to sleep. There are plantation shutters but no curtains so it kept the room very bright at night. So you need to take your eye covers to sleep in the bedrooms if you are a light sleeper like me.
