Beautifully decorated room right on the beach with a balcony right off the master for a gorgeous morning view.

My favorite part was the location. Right across the street from Shuckums! The room was great. The only complaint and it’s not really a problem is that there was not a clothes hamper to take the clothes back and forth to the bedroom or just to put the dirty laundry in. Everything was great though! Highly recommend!

Absolute best place ive ever stayed in.. pics dont do it justice bc the sunsets on that balcony are spectacular! Check in instructions are spot on and everything was so thought out and well taken care of. Beds are super comfy and having plenty towels and wash rags made me so happy as well as the cooler bag and complimentary chairs. This place is such a center hub for activities and they were all in walking distance. Best vacay ever! Thanks for making my birthday weekend so special ... ill be making this a yearly visit for sure!

The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Close to restaurant and main attractions. Highly recommended.

Perfect condo and location. Close to everything if you wanted to walk. My family in I stayed here in July and we will be staying in this condo again. The owner was amazing to talk with and communicate with.

The location was excellent in relations to the event we were attending. Appliances were in excellent condition. The only concern was the bed linen. According to the owner the dryer made dark spots on it. I suggest purchasing new linen and repairing the dryer. Overall, the accommodations would get a 4.5 star rating.

This condo exceeded our expectations! Larry is an excellent communicator & it is clear he takes pride in his property. The kitchen is well stocked for those that would like to eat meals in & the accomodations are top notch! We have stayed in many condos along the Gulf Coast & wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. My only hesitation in sharing a great review is that it won't be available the next time we want to visit!

I had a good idea what I was in for going in as I know someone who stayed in this exact unit the year before. I traveled with my 14 yr old son, my 16 yr old daughter and one of her friends. We were never short of things to do even when the weather wasn't exactly what we'd hoped for. We would happily return.

We loved the week we spent in PCB at Aqua 1410!! Very comfortable condo, fast elevators, gorgeous scenery!! Loved all the close by shops and Pier Park just a bit further! Shuckums and Diego’s had great food and drinks!! Kitchen was well equipped with needed items and Keurig. Comfortable balcony furniture and beach service! Note: extra room has curtain, not a door just fyi. We hope to be back soon!!

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. The unit was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and I loved that I could see the ocean from our room!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a girls weekend we had plenty of room. The location was great and we enjoyed having the reserved beach chairs and umberella. Make sure to take extra soap and shampoo because there were no starters.

The condo was very clean. Check-in was a breeze. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. Overall this was very nice and trouble free.

We have been coming to PCB the last four years and this was the best condo we have stayed in. Location is perfect and this has been our favorite Aqua condo we have booked.
