This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for yourbooking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath beachfront condo on the 7th floor with a remodeled bathroom. Front, South and the North views. The pool is also seen from this unit. King Bed in the Bedroom and the Living room has 2 murphy bed twin size for children: Not Adults. Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens, towels & beach chairs included. Tiled throughout. Heated pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, tennis, restaurant & bar. Washer/Dryer on each floor by the elevator
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

There is a $50 parking fee and a refundable $75 deposit for the gate tag collected upon arrival at the front desk. The $75 deposit will be refunded after the parking tag is returned and tested for damage. Fees will be charged to a credit or debit card as the front desk will not accept checks or cash payments.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

    This is a great condo with beautiful beach views. Its not very big but great for 2 people. The balcony is spacious. We spent all our time there. Beautiful sunsets every night and even numerous dolphin sightseeings just off shore. We would definitely return.

    This was our second time staying at Apollo. Our unit was very nice; everything about it and our stay was fine and as advertised except the cable TV. It kept losing the signal and after a couple of frustrating days Andre had to reconfigure the TVs so they would receive basic cable channels. He saved the day.

    This property was well managed and really easy to navigate around. The unit was clean and spacious. We were nervous about the elevator wait times but they were non existent! Will definitely stay again at the Apollo!

    It was great we love sitting on the patio in the AM. Very quiet. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a person cleaning the lobby everyday. The Sunset Grill was fantastic.
