This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for yourbooking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

Beautiful BEACHFRONT CONDO! Enjoy coffee on the balcony while listening to the soothing sound of the waves and watching the dolphins swim by and be ready for the most unforgettable sunsets! Enjoy a cocktail and delicious food at the Sunset Grille located in the building and steps from the beach. The Bedroom has a King Bed. The Apollo offers a large, heated pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, and covered parking.
THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AN OVEN. It has a convection microwave and two burner stovetop. Look at pictures. Washer/Dryer on each floor by the elevator

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

There is a $50 parking fee and a refundable $75 deposit for the gate tag collected upon arrival at the front desk. The $75 deposit will be refunded after the parking tag is returned and tested for damage. Fees will be charged to a credit or debit card as the front desk will not accept checks or cash payments.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

    Small unit but very clean. Nice balcony with a beautiful view of the the gulf. The unit provides surf chairs and a large foldable tent. There are also two umbrellas, but neither worked well, use the tent, it gives you a ton of shade. You also have a cart to haul everything back and forth to the beach. It is a quiet area close to both restaurants and shops along with walking distance to the inner bay to rent wave runners or boats. Nice place and a nice area, I would recommend it.

    The condo was very clean. We didn’t cook anything but breakfast but all kitchen needs are there. Our view was wonderful. The unit was quiet and private. We ate a few times at the restaurant attached to condo. Very pleasant to sit, feel the gulf breezes and eat. The pool was wonderful. Security excellent. Laundry and trash shoot on the same floor. This was a wonderful 10day getaway. Thank you!!

    Beautiful unit with comfortable bed, new great room furniture and stocked kitchen with high end appliances. Very clean! Had plenty of towels and linens which we really appreciated. The view is priceless! Will definitely rent here next time we visit Marco. Thanks for a great vacation!

    We have stayed at the Apollo before. Always enjoy it. Easy, has all the necessities needed except blow dryer stopped working on last night. Loved the views, walking the beach

    Once we paid and signed the contract, we received an email from Marco Island properties, ( like a week before our arrival), telling us there would be some light construction going on involving power washing, sanding and painting. It also noted that it wouldn't effect our condo we rented. Our rental had concrete rock falling on our balcony the whole week and it felt like a train was coming through our rental, between the noise and the shaking of this condo. This was for five days out of our stay and Marco Island Properties were rude and could care less, Andre and Maria both hung up with my wife and I and were unresponsive. Additionally, we had no water for an entire day during our stay....Marco Island Properties told us it was not their fault it was the town's fault. They did offer us a whopping 440$ back which I highly doubt we'll see. They also told us we should have just cancelled and received a full refund. Based upon the letter they sent us a week prior to arriving, it certainly involved a great deal more then light sanding, painting, and power washing. To be fair, The company did offer a low rent condo off the beach which was a joke. That was not what we paid for. We have stayed in other condos in the Apollo on 4 prior occasions and the Apollo is beautiful. If you have to go through Marco Island Rental properties I wish you the best.

    We had a wonderful vacation. Apollo 507 was a great location. We were very disappointed that we were not informed about the amount of noise we were subject to caused by the repairs being made. From 8:30am until 5pm, we could not hear the tv not even think in our room due to the loud vibration in the adjacent room. It was very uncomfortable trying to get ready for dinner after spending a wonderful day on the beach. Not fair to us for the price we paid.

    The condo was very nice and seemed clean when we arrived but the next morning we did see a few bugs in the kitchen area. Particularly in the dish washer which really just freaked me out. Also, there were some stains on the king bed. Other than that it was a nice place.

    Really nice condo. A little small but adequate for myself and my husband. Very clean. We liked the fact that the sports bar was right downstairs if we didn't feel like going out. Also great view.

    Third trip back to Apollo condominiums. Great location and this unit was updated. They made the most of the small kitchen area storage and counter space. Nice to have beach chairs in the closet so we didn’t have to buy our own. Love having restaurant in building for days when you don’t want to go anywhere. Food is always good there. We will be back again. I would recommend this unit!
