Stayed Jan 7, 2026Spotless room, beautiful pool and waterfall feature, walkable to many locations, and met the property manager personally. Our room had great cable and Wi-Fi. Not all rooms had cable. Beach chairs and towels are available to use. Grill, however, was not working. Not practical for me to bring my own propane. Overall, nice stay.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Great little older I Love Lucy property. No luxury but wont be disappointed with old school with everthing needed. The location couldnt be better for downtown. I usually would recommend this cozy apartment. Pool and hot tub are wonderful also, very quiet. A

Stayed Jan 22, 2025Overall our stay at this apartment was 9/10. We loved the layout of the place. The pool could have been a little warmer, with the colder weather I’m sure it was difficult to keep the pool warm. The hot tub was only hot at night but was very nice! There is no heat & since it was in the 50’s they provided 2 heaters & told me to run them as much as we needed. I ended up turning the oven on and leaving it cracked & that warmed up the place really quick. Overall I would stay here again! Thank you!

Stayed Mar 11, 2023Our original plans for winter vacation was derailed by hurricane Ian, but we still wanted to go to Cape Coral area for part of the winter, so I started looking. This little gem was perfect for my husband and I. We are very familiar with Cape Coral. The location was close to all the shopping, bike riding, golf, and favorite ice cream and restaurants. It was so clean and very well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was one of the best for having just what you needed. We've rented lots of houses and I must stay this little place was better stocked with nicer cookware, etc than some of the higher end homes we've rented. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. The property manager, Judi was so easy to work with and always available to answer questions and help. The pool and hot tub were well taken care of and warm. The area was quiet and the laundry room was clean! No musty smells in the washing machine and dryer was clean and well maintained. For an older Florida structure and area it was very well maintained and superior. Would definitely rent this again and recommend to any couple needing a place to stay. The price per night was fair and less expensive than staying in a hotel.
