The ****-apartment is situated on the ground floor of a charming structure built in 1908. The historic center of Partenkirchen is within walking distance. Scenic routes, promenades with breathtaking views of the Alpine landscape and other points of interest are also just a couple of minutes away.
The sunfilled apartment with its high ceilings and the combination of carefully restored building-structure, new design-elements and modern furniture offers a very special living atmosphere. Theliving-room has a sofa-area with TV, a dining-area and an open kitchen, hidden behind a wall. Two big bedrooms - each for two persons (1x 2 singlebeds, 1x twinbed) -, a small hall and a bathroom with rainshower are there so well.
The apartment has been rated with 4 stars.

A parking space in front of the house and a private storage in the basement belong to the apartment. The washing-machine and the dryer are located in the basement.

There is of course a Satellite-TV, a DVD-Player and free WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equiped with f.e. oven, freezer, toaster, coffeemaker - and the dishwasher !

For our youngest guests, we provide a baby-bed and a high-chair .

The free shuttle-bus stops conveniently across the street. It also stops at the Ski-Lift Kreuzeckbahn.

    Loved the natural light coming through lots of windows so you could enjoy the scenery while in the comfort of home. Location was with in walking distance to stores, Christmas Market, hiking trails and ski jump. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Blaues-Haus! The space was beautiful, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The location was super, and communication with our host was always helpful and timely. Wholeheartedly recommend and we hope to return!

    This place was perfect for our group! We really enjoyed the 5 days exploring the area - the house was perfect and a great location. Would definitely stay again! The Biergarten through the garden was a highlight.

    This is our second time staying at the Blauen Haus and we love it. It is clean and well stocked with great views and plenty of room to stretch out. The views are breathtaking, especially the Zugspitze out the living room window. We also went for Oktoberfest and we could sit on the balcony every evening and enjoy the mountain views. You can walk to the train station and stores and restaurants are right around the corner. The garage is nice as the car is protected from the elements so hitting the road was fast. Sigrun is a great host and has offered us advice and communication is fast and easy. We will stay here again in the future, highly recommended!

    The Blauen Haus is a very clean, tidy and spacious top floor apartment. It is ideally situated close to the Olympic Ski jump and the lovely little town of Partenkirchen. Garmisch can also be reached on foot or by using the local bus service. An ideal location for a great holiday
