You can smoke and relax outside the building but do not smoke inside the house.

No extra guest will be allowed to sleep over other than registered.
1. No outdoor shoes allowed inside the unit;
2. No wet shoes, snow board or other sport equipment allowed to bring into the unit
3. No extra guests allowed to stay overnight other than registered on the reservation;
4. No drug activities inside the unit;
5. No candles allowed except for a quick birthday cake (blow down);
6. Quiet time is 10:00 PM, if any noise complaints from neighbors, a big fine will be issued by the security or condo or RCMP as per by-law or may be evacuated by Airbnb.

    This condo appears to be newly renovated. This condo met our needs perfectly for a 3 night stay in the Banff area.

    We really enjoyed our time at this suite! We had booked in Dead Mans Flats and were dissatisfied upon arrival. I messaged Frank for any open suite for the week and he made it happen for us! He let us view the suite before booking and check in that same day. He saved our Honeymoon trip. (And left us a bottle of wine). The space is great- well renovated. Comfortable furniture and bed. Cozier atmosphere with fireplace and huge TV! Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances. The dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit are top notch and super quiet. Lovely patio with bbq and resident bunnies to watch. We had a great stay and hope to come back :)
