Stayed Apr 1, 2023Great beach access and not crowded at all. Loved the sunsets too as well as sitting on the porch drinking my morning coffee. Condo was a good location to town-enjoyed the quiet and not the crowds in town. Very spacious condo and felt very at home there.

Stayed Mar 18, 2023This condo has an amazing view. Right on the beach and an easy walk down to the pool. The location is great because it is is not at the far end of AMI and has easy access to Bradenton. The interior is clean and updated. I would suggest a new set of primary sheets and mattress pad- old and stained. There are no bathroom fans; there doors for the bedrooms and main bathroom are all vented doors which was a little odd for privacy reasons. This residence in this association are an older age demographic so no floats allowed in the pool- only noodles. There is no common grill to use in this association so don't buy meats with intention to grill. Bring your own can opener (the one there doesn't work), silverware also needs to be replaced. The building is well maintained, clean and the beach front is not as busy as other areas.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022We loved this condo and enjoyed the beautiful ocean views. The condo and complex were well maintained. The common areas being cleaned daily. The only disappointment was it doesn’t seem to be available in 2023!!
