​Hurricane Update:

The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.

The Anna Maria Island Beach Sands #201 is located with-in walking distance of Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants, beach shops, gift shops, shell shops, boutiques and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge St. that leads right out onto the pier, famous for strolling, fishing and eating and the restaurant at the end of the pier.

The Beach Sands 201 has just been completely upgraded with a new designer kitchen with exotic granite and two new full washrooms with exotic granite.

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico experience beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico by day and spectacular sunsets by night. After a long hard day at the beach treat yourself to cocktails on the west balcony overlooking the beach.

The Beach Sands #201 is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 6 with a King size bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa, directly over looking the Gulf of Mexico, 20 feet across from the beach with a view of the Gulf from every room. You can also watch the sunset, para-sailors go by and the dolphins play from all these rooms as well.

The Beach Sands #201 has just been updated with new REMOTE KEYLESS LOCKS, granite counter tops and vanities in both washrooms, all new stainless steel appliances with glass stove top, convection oven, bottom mount freezer, water and ice dispenser, all new living room furniture, new dining room furniture, and new tropical pineapple kitchen furniture.

Walk out onto our PRIVATE beach access to Anna Maria Island's four breathtaking white powdered sand beaches known as Coquina Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island City Beach.

What you are surely to like about the Beach Sands 201 is the location. Located at the narrowest part of Anna Maria Island where the island is only 150 yards wide. Our complex stretches from Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. We are literally surrounded by water with the pool located in the middle of the complex.

Additionally the free trolley stops right in front of the condo and will take you any where on the island you desire.
