Stayed May 12, 2024Property was dated compared to the online pictures. While we were there all bldgs were getting new roofs which is a plus. Even though the construction traffic was not the best, we still had a great time. Location was awesome. Walking distance to several bars areatrestaurants

Stayed Feb 4, 2023This property is literally crumbling when you walk across tile floors. Furniture in living room is uncomfortable, Dining chairs are rickety and some have sharp points that poke up and actually drew blood on one occasion. Beds are not great. Every surface is covered with knickknacks. Cupboards are overfilled with gadgets & appliances of every variety yet lacking necessity. We had to buy wine & beer glasses and a decent can opener. Forget matching dishes, glassware or silverware...eclectic is being kind. There is owners personal belonging in drawers & cupboards in bathroom....nothing instills confidence like lice treatment found under bath sink!!! There was one old whisk broom but no dust pan (corrected with phone call). There was no mop and when one was brought over it was a wringer mop but with out a wringer so hand wringing only option (nasty). Then it takes DAYS to dry the mop (must dry in the sun)or else it STINKS. Large pieces of grout came out with mopping or vacuuming. Owner did send over vacuum bags when I requested. Dish washer runs but doesn't clean. Primary bath is a small room with toilet and walk in tub with shower curtain that has to be placed just so or risk soaking floor. Other bath appears to have been updated at some point. At half the price we paid it would still be a stretch to recommend this place. The location is great. We have rented for three years on Anna Maria and love it. Regarding manager: he did not return phone call placed before we arrived. He did answer the phone when we called for dust pan and mop, acknowledged he knows about crumbling floor. The owner was very nice & responsive when contacted for vacuum bags and I acknowledge they get to decorate and furnish as they like. I am being as honest as possible without exaggeration here. This place is overdue for rehab & updating and that was not shown in published pictures and description on Vrbo.

Stayed Jul 10, 2022I have to say no place I have ever stayed has asked me wash my towels ,nor have I ever stayed at a place that was dirty, broken floor pieces and bathroom sink nob broken. I will never book with this property again.i paid too much money & not worth it. I want halfof my money back. I have proof of my stay. Dawn L.

Stayed Apr 18, 2022Horrible dirty dirty towels left behind bedroom door mold in small appliances clumps of dust bunnies in corners. Walls of master bedroom covered in cobwebs floor was Sandy Worst was getting into bed the first night and finding ton of sand in bed sheets dishwasher rake broken light in master bedroom didn’t work smoke alarm keep beeping had to undo We have stayed in a lot of condos this one should not even be rated with a one!!! Location was great only good thing !!!!!!

Stayed Nov 20, 2021Great location. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Nice condo with comfy beds, beach stuff, patio overlooking the bay, and other amenities to meet your needs. We will definitely be staying there again.

Stayed Aug 2, 2021I just wish there wasn’t a red tide going on. I’m very sensitive with my asthma. Location is great. Pool was in good shape. We have stayed in building A before but this building was better. We will be returning to Gulf Watch.
