We got lost driving there, but it was worth it. The cabin was beautiful, had everything you needed, was clean, lots of parking, nice and quite. We saw rain, hail, snow, and fog all in the same day. We got to see a whole heard of deer. I'm a little short and the beds were a little tall for me, but when I got in it, it was soooo comfortable. Neighbors were very nice. Your cabin was such a nice place to stay. Thank you very much. We would love to come back sometime. My Husband did forget his toothbrush though. Sorry Thanks again Tammy Hartt
I showed up to the property at my designated check in time. The property had not been cleaned from the previous guests. All the bedsheets and towels were dirty, hair in sink, overall messy and not picked up. I was called the contact number given, but it goes straight to voicemail and no return call. I had to find someone else to stay, and still not response about getting a refund.
After taking a chance with not many reviews we were pleasantly surprised. We were coming for spring break and to ski. Our first time to Angel Fire as well. Listing matches the real thing. This condo is dated as pictures match what’s on VRBO but clean. The size of the condo was bigger that expected but everything that was listed was correct. As far as a true ski in/out not so much BUT the shuttle stop is right outside condo so can’t beat that! You can walk to the base of the mountain but to hall your skis and boots in snow is a workout but doable. We also came and had a record snow fall of over 20” in 24 hrs. We did not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle but we’re able to get out after roads were plowed. There was also a little binder on bar that had all the local restaurants menu and important things to see/do in Angel Fire which was extremely helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The base camp is less than a 5 minute walk so we were able to come home for lunch and take a break between morning and afternoon skiing
Had a great time! Place was very clean everything worked. Would do it again thanks
Good location close to ski slopes, but off of east to find route and behind street. Parking lot and walkways need someone to patrol occasionally, as they were very dirty, cluttered with trash and debris, poorly lit at night. Lodging was adequate, and well kept, but old and tired. Carpet is in poor shape, and my bed was worn out, as were the linens. When I was much younger (20’s ?) this would have been just perfect, but we are in our 60’s and prefer a little better care for our lodging.
Great escape! Easy check-in and out, close to everything, we will be back!
My husband and I enjoyed this property. Great location, easy access to the main lift and a few restaurants, and a 5 min drive to the main street with a grocery store and other restaurants. A few light bulbs were out, but were fixed the very same day I called. Had all the amenities we needed and was a nicely stocked kitchen. Plus, had comfortable seating in the living room with a fireplace. Unfortunately, some very loud people arrived halfway through our stay on the floor above us and we heard every step they took! Other than that it was great.
We enjoyed our stay, the only issue was the TV did not have ESPN. My husband does not ski and we were there the week between Christmas and New Years and he usually watched the bowl games while we all ski. He drove to Taos and purchased a smart tv so we could stream our own Dish and then the internet wouldn't let us stream. It was very frustrating and we ended up leaving a day early due to this. I contacted the manager and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Other than that the property was very comfortable. The TV and no ESPN is a deal breaker for ever booking again.
We were very pleased with spaciousness and cleanliness of property. It was a short walk to the base of the ski resort which made coming home for lunch and warming up so easy! The kitchen was well stocked with coffee pot and crockpot. The kids had a blast sledding in hills around the condo with two sleds that were there. Overall one of the nicer condos we’ve stayed at in Angel fire.
