Once inside the home, you'll be amazed at the spacious and airy interior. Decorated with a coastal feel in mind, there is plenty of natural light, perfect for relaxing on the comfortable couch with a book or at the kitchen table while you dine with family. The kitchen is updated with all of the appliances that you'll need for preparing your meals for the day, all while only being a few steps from the living area. Step outside on the covered deck and take in the beautiful water views of the canal any time of the day. When it s time to turn in for the day, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a busy day on the water.

Anchor's Away offers nightly stays, allowing you to book a three-night (3-night) minimum at any time.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

    Beautiful floor plan and furnishings. Guard at gated entry super helpful in finding unit and advised us on options for future stays (we did struggle a little with the stairs). An amazing experience with family. Would definitely do again

    Wow! From the moment we walked in the front door until we closed it to head home, we had a lovely time. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with cooking necessities. And the location was perfect! We enjoyed walking to and from the restaurant, playground, and pool. We loved it so much we hope to purchase a condo there one day!

    Our stay here was great. Beautiful location and convenient to all area attractions. Condo was spacious for our family of six. Having to walk up three flights of stairs multiple times a day aggravated my torn meniscus (no elevator) but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely return.
