Located on the 27th floor and facing South, Anchors Away! is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers terrific views of the Miami skyline and scenic water views of Biscayne Bay from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, Anchors Away! is the perfect monthly getaway. Anchors Away! allows a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger), making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.
Anchors Away! is a guest favorite and highly sought after due to its immense popularity and limited availability. Although the design differs from our other properties, this condo has features that keep our guests coming back. From the stunning views of the Miami skyline, to the 5-jet walk-in shower. The spacious living and dining area is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing after exploring Miami's vibrant neighborhoods.
As you enter, you'll see french doors that lead into the cozy 2nd interior bedroom. This room features a queen bed and a Roku streaming TV with all your favorite shows, making it a favorite among guests who love to sleep in. Although this bedroom lacks windows, it ensures a peaceful night's rest. A second door off the bedroom that leads to the fully equipped 2nd bathroom, complete with a shower/bathtub combo and a washer/dryer for added convenience.
As you step into Anchors Away! you'll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to cook up a storm. Stocking up on essentials is easy with a Publix grocery store just 1/2 block away. The kitchen features counter seating, making it perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. The open concept flows into the dining area, where floor-to-ceiling mirrors create the feel of a larger space. The oversized dining table, which seats 6, is a great workspace for those who need to catch up on work.
The living room has a Roku streaming TV with all the entertainment you could need. However, with the views of Miami's skyline and Biscayne Bay just outside the sliding glass doors, you may find it hard to focus on watching TV. Step out onto the balcony, which stretches from the dining area to the master bedroom, and take in the views of the city. At night the city lights up, creating a truly magical ambiance. It's no surprise that many of our guests reach out to express their amazement at the stunning views.
As you pass through the living room, you'll find the master bedroom. With large french doors leading into a spacious suite that stretches the entire length of the condo. The Grand is known for its oversized master bedrooms, and this one certainly lives up to the reputation! The incredibly comfortable king-sized bed is perfectly positioned to offer magical views. For entertainment, there’s a Roku streaming TV loaded up with Netflix, Sling, and countless other free TV shows and movie apps. When it comes to storage, the walk-in closet is generously sized, providing ample space for all your belongings. The master bathroom is truly a standout feature of Anchors Away!, the design is impeccable and the massive walk-in shower with over 5 jets will make you feel like you're in a luxurious spa. You'll have to see it to believe it!

Cancellations:
-We cannot alter the strict cancellation policy or the displayed refund amount set by our property owners. Policies are in line with the owners' guidelines and govern your reservations. Please review them carefully before booking.
-We are happy to assist with changing the dates of your reservation if you provide us with a notice of at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Please be aware that the new dates may have different pricing, and no refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to. Kindly note that we can only accommodate one change of dates.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county) . Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.
-Guests are solely responsible for obtaining their own trip insurance. Owners cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have adequate coverage for their travel arrangements and any unforeseen events.
BUILDING RULES:
THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS:
4 ADULTS plus 4 children (15 years of age or younger)
- we can not amend that occupancy number as it is a building rule.
-Guests that have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.

This condo was everything as advertised. It’s huge and lovely with a spacious balcony and great views. The location is perfect - just a short distance to places like South Beach and Wynwood. It was everything we needed for a family vacation and did not disappoint. And we loved the Italian restaurant in the lobby - the food was superb. Rachel was a lovely host and very helpful from start to finish. Would highly recommend this condo!!

We booked this home for our recent stay in Miami with my parents (70 yr old) and young daughter (~ 2 yr old) for a vacation where my husband and I planned on running the Fitbit Miami Marathon. We couldn't be happier with this choice! Rachel was an amazing host by greeting upon our arrival and keeping in constant communication to answer any questions and best meet any of our needs. With any private home away there is always pros and cons. I like to include both in reviews... The biggest con is that this home shows its age. There were water issues, the appliances were quite noisy (i.e. - it sounds like the kitchen is flooding when the dish washer is running), lights didn't work (which Rachel let us know ahead of time), the TV LCD has a couple burned marks on it and the entire place can use a new paint job and deep cleaning. There are also not enough hooks in the second bathroom, the doors creek, and the shade can be upgraded to blackout to help mask the ample light that comes in during the night. It is important to note that Rachel was aware of all of these items and assured us that she was in the process of getting them fixed. When we stay again I'm sure they will all be rectified! The pros considerably out weigh the cons though! The place is PERFECTLY located. There are spectacular restaurants and even a masseuse on site. Publix and the FREE public transportation (which took us directly to the start of our marathon or to the science museum) is only two blocks away! It is a 15 minute drive to anywhere in the city (e.g. - Seaquarium, airport, South Beach) and parking is very reasonably priced. The balcony view cannot be beat - our daughter spent hours watching the trains and buses. The city noise is non-existent inside spacious interior. The kitchen is graciously stocked with amenities (and Rachel quickly provided any other items that needed to be replaced or restocked), the trash cute is directly down the hall, and the WiFi works perfectly. There is even a park within a block where our daughter quickly made friends her age!! We honestly could not be happier to have chosen to stay here and would recommend it without being prompted to anyone else who asks. We loved everything about our stay and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else next time we are in Miami!
Very spacious and clean
Mia.....you are awesome! This was the first time in 13+ years without kids that my wife and I were able to get away. #2754 The Great Escape says it all. The location is the way it is described. Easily can accommodate a family of 5-6 but we didnt need that since they all stayed home. Beautiful views of the city/water skyline, spacious location and located within minutes of everything Miami has to offer. We will definately be booking again. Mia was so nice to accomadate us with early check in due to an early flight. She greeted us at the location with a friendly smile and easy directions. It was hard to leave when that day arrived. We look forward to returning soon.
The night views was gorgeous! The condo was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect and I will be staying again.
The condo was beautiful!! We were only there for 4 days so we wanted to see EVERYTHING Miami had to offer. Every morning when I woke up the view made me want to stay in the condo all day and just relax on the balcony. The Grand has excellent security. Rachel was awesome with the booking process and Mia (who was hilarious) helped us when we got there and they were both wonderful!!! I definitely would like to stay here again in the future!!!
