Anchorage Resort 3 Bedroom/3rd Floor Condo with Balcony

Our family of 8- 6 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 10, enjoyed our stay here. It's convenient to the beach and a few restaurants and shops. The trolley picks up right in front of the building to take you to the village if you're interested. Well stocked kitchen and closet with beach chairs/ umbrella etc.

Clean and as pictured. No issues with anything others had stated or anything else for that matter. Easy check in. Beautiful beaches!! A little off the beaten path in regards to shopping and a broader variety of restaurants, you need to drive for this, all else is in walking distance.

We had four adults and three adult kids with us. The condo was huge and gave us plenty of space to spread out. We chose this as we are familiar with the area and love being close to bars and restaurants. Beach access is easy. The condo was equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach- beach buggy, chairs, floats etc. it was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Nothing else we could have wanted!

The condo was very clean and a nice size. The furniture and overall decoration was a little dated. There were large patches of paint missing from some doors and walls. The bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. We had to learn the trick to using the bathtub fixture, and the hot water took forever to heat up. The air conditioner was leaking and there was a large wet area on the carpet. However, Global sent someone out quickly and it was fixed on our 1 day. The Global personnel were very nice and very helpful. The walk to the beach is across a very busy street so be prepared if you have children. The salt water pool area was very nice. Overall a 3- 4 star accomodation.

We had a great time at the anchorage. They have all of the amenities needed for a vacation in Florida. The pool, grounds, and grill area are all maintained well. The only upgrade the unit could use is new carpet. We have already booked are stay for next year.

Unit was clean, spacious, great location. Management quick to respond to several issues. Property needs a few upgrades but overall, a nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is very spacious. My husband, 2 small children, my mom and sister all stayed. The set up of the rooms gave my mom and sister their own “wing” and my little ones fit in the huge king size bed with us. There were lots of beach toys and things for the kids to play with. The pool was warm and fun. We’d definitely stay again.

Property was great, great location and plenty of amenities to take to the beach. My only disappointment would be the beds, the mattress was really uncomfortable or else this would’ve been a 5 star rating all the way. Family had a great time though despite that.

The property was outstanding. Plenty of space with all the amenities. Extremely clean and very comfortable. I will definitely book this again next year. The pool was beautiful. The beach access is just across the street and plenty of great places to dine. You will not be disappointed at this beautiful place.

We enjoyed our stay in this expansive 3 bedroom. The available space was incredible and plenty of room for 8 of us. The condo was well furnished and equipped in both the kitchen as well as beach toys, air mattress, beach cart, beach chairs and coolers. Great location with beach access across the street and close to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent again!
