This unit is equipped with 55 flat screen ROKU TVs and private balconies in each room, cozy fireplace, and your own bar. We have available for you all the items needed such as beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach cart.

The Anchorage is a gated community with private parking, gulf views, elevators, laundry room in every floor, private beach access, tennis and pickleball courts, heated Olympic size pool, fishing area with fish cleaning station, 2 gas grills, 1 charcoal grill, picnic tables, 300' of dock included with your stay so you can bring your boat, waverunner, or jet ski and if you don't own one don't worry, you can rent one at the Siesta Key Marina which is located directly across the street.

This condo is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. (Literally across the street from Captain Curt's, Spearfish Grill, The Boat Yard Bar & Grill, Daiquiri Deck, Crescent Beach Market, CB's Salt Water Outfitters, and Siesta Kation Fishing Charters just to mention a few) Also a free trolley stop is located just outside the gate so you can go anywhere on the island without worrying about driving or parking availability.
