An ocean breeze puts a mind at ease

The cutest little two Bedroom two Bath condo with an electric fireplace in the family room. The condo has been remodeled with 18 tile flooring, granite counters! It is always kept clean and up to date. A built in pantry and new cabinets throughout. This unit is on the second floor with a fantastic view of lush gardening. There are two pools, a cabana and a hot tub in the gardens and palm trees right out from our balcony. The ocean is just a short walk down a boardwalk. There is an obstructedview of the ocean from the balcony. The guest room has a double and a single bed. The master suite has a king bed and a private Bath. The kitchen has every thing you would need (appliance wise) and a very nice pantry to put things away. The living area has two different walls with windows and has very nice natural light. The sofa is a sofa bed. Flat screen televisions, a 55 in living area, blue ray player and wifi are available. This is a very comfortable condo. Perfect for spending time after a great time in the pools and beaches. There Two small pools right outside of our building a large pool just a short walk away and two other pools on site. A hot tub is just outside our building, basketball courts, putting greens, onsite resturant/ bar and many other things to do onsite. Kiva Dunes and Peninsula golf courses are very close.

The resort has a parking fee.
The cleaning service leaves one trash bag, 1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll paper towels and small bar soap in each bathroom.
This is a NON SMOKING unit. Complex is no dogs allowed

For your convenience, we've provided a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. You'll find toilet paper, paper towels,1 pk laundry, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and beach chairs (please clean all sand off before bringing inside )
While these items are thoughtfully included to get you started, please note that they are not replenished during your stay.
