An Awesome Condo Unit 208 in the middle of Gatlinburg beside Ober Tram!

Great little condo, close to the strip. Clean, comfy, good amenities, and parking. We will definitely be back.

The building could use a little TLC but as far as the unit itself, it was clean, nicely furnished, very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. I am sure will would we stay here again.

Perfect location! We walked to everything in downtown & even to the Gatlinburg trail. Loved Bennett’s BBQ restaurant which was literally next door. Easy keyless door entrance. Super cozy cabin like feel! Will definitely stay again!

Didn't know there was an indoor pool so we did not bring swimsuits. Also no instructions given before check in about parking pass. Found it after we got in the condo. Needs an inventory of the silverware. Microwave was unplugged but person came and pulled out the fridge and fixed that within a few hours.

Everything was just as described. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!

Only hiccup was checking in. The door code emailed several days prior didn’t work, the (different) code in the Vrbo app didn’t work either. Thankfully the host answered the phone right away and shared the (recently changed) code, which did work. Also, WiFi name was wrong as listed in the email, the password in the app was wrong (capitalized letter vs lowercase matters). By using a combination of the two we were able to login. Location couldn’t be beat with walking access to the national park, restaurants, and the strip in Gatlinburg…we didn’t need to get in the car once during the whole stay. Unit was clean and as advertised. Bed was a high off the flower and difficult for 5’-4” person to get in/out, but that’s really just nit-picking. The location makes this place perfect.

We honestly had the best experience on this trip! Nicky and Karen were absolutely amazing! We had a small hiccup at check in but they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and content with our accommodations. We will definitely be coming back with our kiddos in the future. Everything was perfect and clean!

It was a very nice condo. It was within walking distance to downtown. It was very homey and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay the condo is located in a great spot and perfect size for a couple for a little get away.

We stayed for a couple nights while visiting Smoky Mountain National Park. The condo was super close to shops and restaurants, so we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was clean and perfect for what we needed on our vacation.
