AMI Sunset View Retreat + Dog-friendly

Across the street from the beach. Property had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend.

We enjoyed the hospitality provided by Rex, the proximity to the beach, the gulf views from the living room & patio and the walkability to the town of Bradenton Beach & its many amenities.

Condo was very nicely furnished and handy to everything!

Rex, the host, was extremely helpful and easy to contact with any questions. He provided excellent info on the area and things to do.

Location, Location!Overall the place was great. We've been coming to AMI for many many years. We've never stayed this far south but we really loved the location and would definitely stay here again. The condo was very clean and the view from the balcony was really nice. Close to some great restaurants Starfish, Tide Tables and Nautilus cafe; and a short drive to AMI for G&J and Waterfront or south to Longboat for The Shore. The place had a locker with beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the kids. The beach is just across the street and we loved how it was not crowded (could be the time we visited). The pool was a short walk away and very clean. Only minor things to consider... a little road noise from the balcony and furnishings were a little dated. But overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! This is our second time staying at this condo. We love the views from the deck. It's just steps to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. It has everything you need. Rex is a great host!

The location of this property can’t be beat! Very nice condo with a very comfy bed. Unobstructed ocean views. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Look forward to booking this condo again!

Proximity to beach & restaurants is amazing!!

The property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed pizza and wings from Pizzanos and got to eat it as a family on the patio watching the sunset. Loved drinking coffee overlooking the ocean in the morning. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Bridge Street was a few blocks away with shopping, ice cream, restaurants, bars with live music, and mini golf. We even went parasailing and the meeting spot was literally right around the corner. I’m all about convenience and this place was definitely it. The condo was clean and roomy. The beach is right across the street and can get tricky to cross the street since it’s close to a major red light but no crosswalk. However the beach was not too crowded since there is no public parking nearby. The host was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again on AMI.

. Private beach . Conveniently located for shopping, food, coffee, and beach access . Close to Bean point . Sunset cruises nearby . Water Sports available My teenagers had their own space and so did I ! The unit has its Own parking spot! Overall a good experience!
