FEE IS FOR 2 PARKING PASSES AND WRISTBANDS FOR THE WHOLE GROUP, FOR THE WHOLE STAY, PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOA, SEPARATE FROM THE RESERVATION. GUEST MUST PRE- REGISTER ONLINE, WITH THE NAMES, AGES OF EACH GUEST AND VEHICLES MAKE AND MODEL BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE/RESERVATION. Guest parking is designated to the North West Parking Deck. Two parking spaces are allowed per condo in the garage; parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in the windshield (visibly). Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.

No pets or smoking are allowed in this condo.

$500 Violation fee if unit smells like smoke or Pets brought into the unit.
We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well.
