Propery facing was good and location was happening. But the furniture and Beds are very old and definetly needs to be replaced

Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the beautiful sunrise each morning was truly unforgettable. This home was the perfect setting for our family vacation — very spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a large group to spread out and relax. Having two bedrooms that opened onto balconies, plus the main living space opening to two additional balconies, made it feel even more open and connected to the ocean views. The number of beds made it easy for everyone to stay comfortably, and there were plenty of places to gather and eat together as a group, which we loved. The stairs inside the home were very easy to use and not narrow at all — a great feature for anyone traveling with older family members or those who prefer easier accessibility.The beach access was outstanding — just a short walk from the house — and the beach itself was beautiful, clean, and surprisingly not too busy even during spring break. The location was great overall, with lots of walkable spots nearby, including an ice cream shop just down the road. We especially recommend visiting Melt — it was phenomenal!The house was clean for the most part, but definitely missed a few spots. During our stay, we also found two cockroaches in the right-hand balcony room, but since we had the balcony doors open frequently, we can’t be sure where they came from. The elevator seemed overdue for an inspection based on the certificate posted and made quite a bit of noise, but it worked reliably the entire time we were

We enjoyed this large condo on North Myrtle Beach. Excellent location, confortable beds and lots of room i thr well stocked kitchen.

The property is spacious and well kept. Beach access is absolutely perfect, and we loved our stay! Three of the windows leaked during the one rainstorm there was while we were there. We contacted maintenance, but no one ever came to look at the windows. Our concern was more so they could get the issue fixed before the next renters came, as the storm happened on our last night in the condo. Other than that, the property was exactly as advertised, and we would definitely stay there again!

Property is well maintained. We had a few small glitches (water leak in another unit) but all was addressed quickly by management. There is plenty of room for a large family to sprawl out and be comfortable. We loved the views and the location! Highly recommend staying here for any large group. We had a wonderful week!

Great place to stay for a large groups with a great location. We had 12 adults and five children under the age of eight. Condo was perfect for us. Please Close to everything and being right on the beach was wonderful. The sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. No beach towels were available so you need to bring your own beach towels. We had an issue with one of the sliding glass doors off the living room, and maintenance came out quickly to resolve the issue. A part was needed so unfortunately it had to be ordered and we couldn’t use that side of the sliding glass door for the whole week. Every bedroom had a view of the ocean, so it was nice to be able to hear the ocean waves at night. Recommend.

We love this place. This was our 3rd year here and loved it

I recommend this unit to families/ groups. The unit is very spacious and extremely clean. The Manager was extremely responsive. The location is great. The beach area was not crowded and we were able to walk to restaurants, arcades, and shopping. The outdoor pool/hot tub is small but not crowded.

This property was exactly what we needed. Our large group had plenty of room. Location can not be beat. Condo had all the provisions for cooking. Highly recommend.
