Stayed Sep 19, 2025Locatikn was perfect. I woke up every morning and took a 200 yard walk to the beach. Im originally from Deerfield Beach (born and raised) and it was good to hear the beach and be in a nice cozy area. Condo was super clean. Room sizes were perfect. Plenty of food and ice cream in walking distance. Parking was directly in front of the unit. Felt safe the entire time.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024Location is great and unit is clean and furniture is good. However, upstairs neighbor is very loud. Footsteps will be pounding for hours every night if you stay here and he’ll even take your parking spot. This is fine if for friends and you’ll go out a lot. Not good if you have a young child.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024All appliances seemed brand new, place was clean. 5 minutes walk to Deerfield beach. Only minor niggle is that the water was not very hot, but not an issue considering hot warm it was outside!
