AMAZING VIEWS OF THE GULF! PLENTY OF ROOM FOR 8! Beach service included

The property itself is absolutely amazing. 17th floor facing the Gulf with a killer balcony. The condo is huge with two bedrooms and large bathrooms, washer and dryer, huge kitchen. Family atmosphere, not too busy. Right on the beach with the option to reserve lounge chairs and umbrellas, which are included with the condo. Communication with the rental company was not great. They do not seem to know about this property. I asked prior to leaving from out of state if beach chairs were included, they told me no. Not only can you get the resort provided chairs for free, there were about ten folding beach chairs in the closet. My parking pass was sent at 8am the morning I was leaving, we were already boarding a plane at that time, so if I were to have had a car I would have been SOL on printing that pass out. Overall, I would stay at the property again, but maybe go with a different rental company.

Room was extremely clean and well taken care of. Easy check in along with all information to check in and out. Any questions were answered quickly. Highly recommend this room.

Nicely decorated, comfy furniture.

Condo listing was accurate. Cleaner than any unit we’ve stayed in previously. Elevators near the unit are updated and quick. Quiet near the unit as it’s at the end.

The property was as described but had a message before we checked in to not use the bath tub in the master bedroom because it was leaking and there was 1 broken chair for the the dining table in the bedroom closet and it was replaced during our stay and one of the recliners in the living room didn’t work but the living room furniture could definitely use updating and we had to wash pretty much every dish we used because they were not clean. But the location was great the property was clean and kids lives the pools and we would definitely stay there again and an with a few minor upgrades this condo would be perfect

We enjoyed our stay very much. Stunning views, great location and lots to do. Checking in/ unloading was a little complicated but we got it figured out. Just wasn’t what we were used to.

We were very pleased with our beach view room. Apparently, there was a problem with the tub which we never used any way. we thoroughly enjoyed our unit and would want to rebook same room again.

We loved the location of the property. Elevators were EXCELLENT! The condo itself was not as clean as expected. Some TV remotes did not work and I reached out via the number the host offered….text on the first day with no responses the whole week.

It has been several years since we stayed at Emerald beach. We were pleased to see they had made some updates and improvements like new elevators and a loading/unloading area in the parking deck. This unit was a great choice. It was well cleaned and maintained. The unit was furnished with lots of items in the kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. All appliances and fixtures well very clean. Checkin and out was as easy as could be! The beds were a bit soft for our taste, but I suppose that is just a matter of preference. Our only complaint is that the shower head in the master bedroom has very poor water pressure and needs to be replaced. Over all, a great unit and we would return.

I will break this into two categories, the unit itself, and the complex. First the complex: Getting to the room on check-in is to say the least a challenge. Park in a parking garage across the street and have to take an elevator in that garage to the third floor then switch to another elevator after walking across the sky bridge. Then you have to find the elevators that go to the towers so three elevators to check in. The fire alarm went off at 4:30am. But only on three floors so it wasn’t loud enough to wake people on other floors. I feel safe. The unit itself: The note when you check in says they have given you a limited supply of toiletries. And really is a limited starter. They really mean it. There’s enough shower stuff to take two showers, toilet paper for two days. Sliding door to the balcony does not close completely and does not lock. A/C will freeze if door is not closed. Door issue solved. ( side with no handle also moves. Someone from maintenance came in to the room without calling beforehand. Apparently closed it and wrote on a piece of painter’s tape, this door moves too. ) Several lights in the rooms are out. Washing machine stinks. Had to rewash everything at home. Dryer was full of sand. Literally had to vacuum it out before we could use it. The TVs have no cable boxes so normal channels don’t really work correctly. Streaming work if you put in your password. Don’t plan on watching TV. WOW cable guy came to room. Turns ou

Very clean, equipped with everything you need. Nice property with all amenities. Pest control walked in unannounced and it was alarming but other than that everything went great!

The condo was perfect for 7 ppl !! Everything was just like the condo showed

The property was clean. Sofa had stains and dishwasher did not work in the condo. We enjoyed our view of the beach and easy access to the beach. Overall great stay!
