Amazing Views! - GULF/BEACH FRONT 1BR+BunkRoom/2Bath at Tidewater Beach Resort

Property was cozy and nice. We would have liked to control the air temps more but maybe that was something we should have discussed (it kept resetting and not lowering to desired temps). The condo has everything you need. Elevators are slow but its a BIG condo building. Views were amazing!

Your condo is absolutely decorated and you have everything that anybody could ever need and it was so much appreciated. I only have one complaint and it does not reflect on the owners at all for me . The floors were filthy. I have a 1 year old granddaughter that we brought the walker for and right when we got there and was unpacking we put her in the walker to run around. Her feet were black after I got her from the walker and we had not ever even left the condo yet . They definitely do not clean the floors . They might have been swept but they were not clean. Other than that we enjoyed our condo very much and we thank you for sharing it with our family. ?

The Homeowner manages this rental and is great to work with - responsive to all inquiries and concerns. The condo is accurately depicted in the listing; well kept and adequately equipped. FYI: this was my second visit to Tidewater; I stayed in a different unit last year from Jan-Mar 2023, so I had a good idea of the facilities and reasonable expectations of the amenities. I gave the online listing only 4 stars because of what I consider an omission: in Nov'23 the HOA made a decision to switch from Comcast cable to WOW! cable/streaming. When they made the conversion they eliminated program scheduling. Functionally what that means is that when you open the cable guide or Roku streaming menu on the TV all you see is a list of channels numbers and names but with no detail about what's currently playing or hourly schedule showing future shows. There are some offline workarounds and some people may have online accounts to Roku for streaming; for those of us who don't - ultimately it takes what should be a seamless easy process and turns it into a project. For short term rentals this is probably not a big deal but for a 3 month stay it was frustrating on a daily basis.

Clean room, clean building, and has everything you would need at this property. Only down fall is the elevators. Completely ridiculous to have to stand and wait 20 minutes to get somewhere. Sometimes even longer.

We enjoyed our stay with family in this beautiful and well maintained condo. Beautiful property and amenities.

Unit was perfect for what we needed. Great additional room with bunk beds for little ones. Would defiantly stay again!

The only complaint would be the elevator wait time is very long and that can be aggravating. However, over all the visit was enjoyable!

We stumbled upon this gem for our home away from home stay. We had never been to PCB and chose this location due to the amenities and location. Only thing I wasn’t big on was the construction but it wasn’t Dallas by any means. The elevator times also weren’t bad! Just avoid them at 10 AM and 4 PM and you’ll be good! The maintenance elevators are what we used most and they were easy to deal with. The unit is a good size, beautiful and clean. I have absolutely no complaints. The master shower was our favorite so we used it primarily because the size and shower head/water pressure. Our son loved the bunk beds so that was nice because he was steps away from us. I wanted to stay a full week due to us not taking a trip in 2 years so we only got to stay here for 6 nights and checked into another hotel for our last day which was a huge mistake! I wish we would’ve just chose another week or came later because everything was terrible at Top of the Gulf and we were so blessed and spoiled with the Stephen's unit at Tidewater. If you are having any second thoughts, don’t! It’s fabulous! Thank you guys so much for everything’ Y’all are wonderful host and have such a beautiful condo! We will definitely be back in the future!!!
