Stayed Mar 15, 2025We stayed at the Riviera several years ago prior to all of the hurricanes. We wanted to revisit the area to see how the renovations are progressing. Our condo was in good shape. We were disappointed to not have a pool, yet were pleased to be notified before arriving that it was shut down. We did have to wait 3 days for our wifi to work. We survived and was a good lesson on how much we depend on it. The condo facilities were good, however knifes need replacement as they are extremely dull, almost unusable. The washer/dryer is extremely small, allowing for very small loads. Even with small loads, the washer became unbalanced making a very loud noise. You might want to have the washers balance checked. We also were looking for a small hand vac to help with sand cleanup. You might want to provide one. The beds were great. Air conditioning worked well. Our contact person was very friendly and helpful.
