Amazing view of the harbor

Very nice property in a great location in Newport with a wonderful host. The room was in very good condition and working order. We were greeted by a special gift from the host for a special occasion we were celebrating. The room was quiet and felt very safe. The location was great with easy walkability to everything downtown Newport has to offer. Also, easy access to local shuttle services to major locations like the Mansions or The Cliff Walk. The view from the room was awesome and the property even allows you to access the rooftop viewing area to see wonderful sunsets over the harbor. We didn’t have time to visit the amenities of the resort like the pool or hot tub but the area seemed very clean and safe. The town has a ton of restaurants to enjoy and there is a great lobster shack right next to the property to get a real lobster roll. We had a great stay and would rent this place again.

Carolyn's rental was perfect for my weekend trip to Newport! Location is 10/10 right on the harbor and next to the Newport Lobster Shack; walking distance from Thame's Street and Bowen's Warf. The entire facility was great, updated pool and fire pit area. Check-in/out, usability was very easy. I would definitely come back and stay again!

This property was amazing! The location was great and very walkable. The view from the room is absolutely breathtaking. Definitely recommend!!

Carolyn was wonderful to work with prior to our stay. She accommodated us and was very attentive. Her waterfront condo was in a perfect location, walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and waterfront. Free ample parking was a plus. The unit was very clean as was the facility with the two pools and hot tub, plus multiple grills for outdoor cooking. I would highly recommend this Newport location.

We were satisfied with our stay. Very clean unit and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Just two suggestions - the Wyndham should replace the ceiling to floor window that is clouded over, as it blocks the view of the lovely harbor - and a fan would help get the cold air from the main room where the air conditioner is to the bedroom, which doesn't have it's own unit. We had to run the air conditioner much colder than usual so the bedroom would be cool. But neither of these things ruined our stay. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

What a wonderful view of the harbor. Very clean and comfortable. You can walk right from here to the restaurants. Very nice!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. Carolyn was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We are hoping to be back very soon:)
