Amazing View, Gulf View, 1Br/1Ba, Sleeps 4, Free Beach Setup + Free Tickets!

My wife and I had a great stay here in early October. Unit is exactly as pictured and described. Everything is up to date and the bed is very comfortable. Having the beach chairs setup each day was so convenient. Will definitely be looking to book again next year!

This property was super clean, and exactly what we were expecting. If you’re a light sleeper, the foot noise from the above unit could be bothersome. But property management was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

We loved the unit. It was beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The communication was some of the best I’ve ever had renting from anyone before. Highly recommend.

There were some minor delays getting checked in - this was explained as a possibility, but it wasn't clear why. We had to have some back and forth before we got a code that let us in. Once inside, we had an issue with the toilet being clogged and it took quite some time to get assistance. After that, the rest of the trip was great! The proximity to the beach was incredible.

Reviewer Comments: The condo I rented at Mistral was great with a superb balcony view. looking onto the sea. The facilities in the place were excellent too. One concern I had was that I contacted the management to mention that there were a few huge cockroaches in the kitchen and living room area and wanted to suggest that they get rid of them for the next bookers but even though I wrote on line and also in an email to Benchmark about this matter I received no reply at all. Instead I was sent a form to review my stay which I am now completing while mentioning the cockroach problem!

My mother and I have stayed at mistral over the years and absolutely love everything about it. This was our first time in this unit and it was beautifully decorated/updated! Perfect second floor location with the best views! Comfortable beds, large shower and great kitchen. Grounds are clean and great parking. Chair service is a major plus for us! process checking in/out was easy. Will stay again-we love it here!

We came mid-August and practically had the beach to ourselves. We loved being on the beach, we were so close to great food and shopping, and Publix was 5 mins down the road for easy groceries! We hope to come back to Mistral condominiums for future trips.

Beautiful private beach property. Quiet. Lock had to be changed out because keypad wouldn’t work, but property locksmith did it fairly quickly. Comfortable sleeping. New appliances. Loved having the complimentary beach chairs. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!
