Amazing View from this Contemporary, Upscale Condo, Parking, Pool - Baywatch E10

This property was awesome. The view of the bay from the balcony is beautiful. The private beach on the bay and just across the street from the beach was very convenient. The condo is very nice and open. The kitchen is well stocked and the location is perfect. Many good restaurants in the area.

Pictures are all accurate however they still do not do the property justice! It was beautiful and the balcony view was amazing! For the price, compared to prices on local motels, it was worth every penny. We will definetly look to book this property in the future! Also, there is a wifi gateway in the living room area, so if your kids play video games they can game in comfort.

The host was very pleasant. This is a very nice condo.

We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking out of the water! I wish that they would’ve had an elevator. Cute and comfy!

We needed pot holders! The light in the master bedroom wasn’t working. Overall it was good tho!

Very nice, beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all the accessories you need for your home away from home. Very responsive if you have any problems that come up & immediately took care of a small issue we had. Very kind & helpful. They meet you as soon as you arrive willing to help with any questions you may have.

This apartment was bright and airy with a beautiful kitchen , comfortable master bedroom /bathroom and great outdoor patio facing the bay. The bonus was hearing the sound of waves all the time and walking across the street to the beach.

We had a blast staying on this property. It was conveniently located to everything on Pensacola Beach the patio overlooking the bay was spectacular we will definitely stay here again.

This was our second year staying at this condo, and it was just as good as the first year! Perfect condo + amazing views! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Condo was very nice. View was amazing as it overlooks the water. Communication with property manager was good. They responded promptly. Said they would send maintenance for issues. Maintenance never came to fix issues. However, I never let manager know maintenance didnt not show as issues did not have any effect on my stay.

Gorgeous property with great views. Surfside Properties were wonderful hosts. Condo is well stocked and nicely furnished. Condo complex has nice amenities. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and hanging out by the pool and bay. It is very close to Gulf Islands National Seashore, which I highly recommend buying a pass to go to the beach there. There is also beach access, a restaurant and convenience store within walking distance if you don’t want to deal with parking.

The condo is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view of the bay. We really enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles from the pond area. The pool area was nice and beach wasn't a far walk. It was a sweet touch to receive a thank you card and cookies for renting the unit for the week. With unit being on the third floor, renters would need to be okay with climbing stairs. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at baywatch. Not having an elevator was a great workout on the legs.

Our favorite was the deck overlooking the water . Only advice is to know that one has to climb lof stairs to unit
