Amazing view from a two story, three bedroom corner Penthouse in Ocean City

The location and the condo exceeded our expectations ! Right on the beach was perfect for our walk with our 3 5 year olds ! The views from the 25th floor were amazing and the size of the condo was amazing and spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Also the host was amazing and the communication was excellent !! We look forwards to coming back every summer after our first ever stay in Ocean City!

Kris was responsive, helpful, and kind! The condo itself was immaculate! All updated, so clean, the bedding was soft, the view was gorgeous, the beach was close by, location of condo building itself was good bc it wasn’t too far from boardwalk but still far away enough from all the craziness. This condo had everything we needed & was so comfortable. The best part was being able to book less than an entire week because that is really hard to find during the summer. We will definitely be back to this condo in the future :)

Perfect! The photos posted by the host online at VRBO are exactly as the condo presents upon arrival. Host was very communicative and helpful. Gorgeous penthouse condo with two-story windows peeking at lovely ocean and bay views from 25th and 26th floors and from balcony on 25th. Lots of board games, a pool table, and two arcade games. Well equipped kitchen. Four different seating areas on main level. An 8 chair dining table, 4 chair breakfast table, four bar stools at the kitchen counter, and a high-top wine table for two! Perfect as three in our party were working from home/condo for parts of two days and used multiple tables as workspaces. Upstairs is yet another high top for two for watching the pool game or tv. There is a small reading nook with bookshelves. Internet was great in all areas. 5TVs. Cable. Huge couch big enough for everyone. Clean, bright, airy. Linens were crisp. Right on the beach. Ping pong, game room, and Saunas on 2nd floor of the Quay Building.

The property and owner were fantastic. Kris answer all of our questions via email in a timely response. The unit is not only beautiful, it is awesome. The View is down to the boardwalk. Unit is not direct oceanfront, but you can view the beach and the bay at the same time. Unit was spotless, beds were comfortable, seating at DR seat was for 10, there was a table that sat 4 next to the balcony, and a table for 2 next to the big windows. The photos you see in the listing are exactly what is in the unit. No surprises. There was a little welcome package to start your vacation if you didn't have time to shop b4 checking in. We were 2 grandparents, our daughter & husband, with 2 girls ages 12 & 9. Couch fit us all and was very comfortable. Our Granddaughters & our son-in-law enjoyed the games on the second floor. We stayed on 1st floor in the MB w/private bath, there was also a half bath with washer & dryer on that floor. Upstairs was another MB w/private bath and then a full bath for the 3rd bedroom upstairs. Lots of twins and a full bed in 3rd bedroom. As senior citizens we did not have a problem getting up and down on the circular staircase. Overall a great place to rent and we would definitely rent again there. The Quay building is very pleasant and staffed well. Indoor and outdoor pool and the building is oceanfront.

It was a wonderful, relaxing long weekend and the condo was perfect! Very very clean, had everything we needed, the views were stunning, and beach access was so easy. Our 20 year olds loved the pool and sun deck too! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
