This two-story condo sits over the pool. The upper level includes the main bedroom, and there are two bathrooms, one on each floor. This condo is about 1,000-square-feet and features open beam ceilings with ceiling fans, beautiful burnished floors, and a large screened-in lanai. The free WiFi will make researching tomorrow's beach adventure fun and easy, and the private washer/dryer will keep everyone's clothes clean, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. The full kitchen is loaded with everything you need, from small and major appliances to ample counter space to make tonight's home-cooked meal a joy to prepare. There is seating for six at the handsome dining table and four barstools available at the breakfast bar. The living room boasts a large flatscreen cable TV, perfect for catching your favorite movies and shows while you kick back on a comfy sofa. This mountain-side location enjoys a gentle trade-wind breeze throughout and the beach is a short walk away. The complex has a tropical pool, paddle tennis, two gas grills, and is bordered by beautiful natural surroundings.

Paniolo Hale is located on Molokai's west end right on the ocean. Kepuhi Beach is right out front and great for surfing in the winter months and perfect for swimming and snorkeling in the summer months. Just a short walk over the old golf course, you'll find Papohaku Beach, the longest white sand beach in the state of Hawaii, and an awesome place to watch the waves break during the winter and take long ocean swims in the summer months. A short walk to the left will take you to Make Horse with lots of little tide pools for taking a cold tub or letting little kids catch little fish. A nice beach hike is nearby that extends from Paniolo Hale to the point. Kaunakakai Town is about 30 minutes away with groceries, art shops, gift stores, mini markets, restaurants, equipment rentals, and our county offices.

We found curtains Beaty in the simple setting of this property. The owner and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. For those who like the simple stay it is a Paradise found.
Loved the foliage
We loved that everything worked (except for the kid's bicycle), the feel of open air breezes from the nicely positioned windows and lovely full sized screened porch, the privacy and the quiet surroundings and short walk to the beach and trails.

Very nice condo with extra amenities. Quiet peaceful location. I was there for a quick work trip. The furnished kitchen was a plus. (Owner may need to change out lock soon, as I had some trouble with key sticking.)
We enjoyed the green lush landscaping throughout the Paniolo Hale complex. The 1970's Condominiums are nicely maintained. Paniolo Hale is wonderfully quiet. NO chickens, which is rare in Hawaii. We will stay there again.
All was good till we tried to use pool. We were treated horrible by “owners”. Told us “our owner was to cheap to give us a key to pool .” Very rude . Really wish that hadn’t happened.
Loved the layout of the place and very clean.
If you want a QUIET retreat this is the perfect spot. The impeccably manicured, jungle like grounds, are cool with plenty of shade trees and the birds love it as much as we did. Although Small, the pool was beautifully tiled and spotless and often unused by others. The BBQ, in the evening, was great and can get a little busy but not awkward. If you like surfing bring or rent a surf board / body board, the waves offer a short but decent ride watch the locals for while to learn where the rocks are. The ocean in front of the resort always has surf and is often rough with heavy wind but a daily check will give you an idea of swim-ability, you must like playing in the surf! The more protected beach to the right is a 10-15 minute walk but again you should like playing in the surf. The airy and cool, plantation like, homey unit is well equipped and comfortable but understandably showing it`s age. There is lots of reading material/ info, in the unit, for local activities/history but requires an over all update. The good internet connection made up for it. This is NOT a party spot and should be respected as the sound created in the unit is amplified and carries over the pool and surrounding area. I would recommend this place for a small family, newly weds or anyone who needs a peaceful getaway. I would love to stay again.
