Amazing top floor unit! Fantastic View, Great Location! Pets OK Oct. dates open.

We had a great view of the beach and loved hearing the waves hitting the shore. The unit was comfortable, plenty of clean towels & wash cloths. Both of the beds were very comfy-we slept well. The master bath was very spacious, shower had good pressure, jetted tub was huge-water heater isn’t big enough for the tub, so there are instructions posted on how to use to be able to enjoy. After entering the unit there is a long narrow hall, and neither bedroom would be great if you are in a wheelchair (though I think the master would be doable). The kitchen had both a drip pot & a keurig, so however you like your coffee you are set. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. There were 2 washer pods and some dishwasher pods provided, also a roll of paper towels & plenty of toilet paper. The balcony had 2 chairs for relaxing. It surprised us how well insulated the unit was-it wasn’t busy, but we know there were multiple other units occupied (& several dogs)-we never heard anyone/anything else when we were inside with the doors shut. The elevator worked well. There is a boardwalk leading to the beach for easy access, didn’t use the outdoor pool (too cold in December) but the indoor pool though small was nice. We loved getting to take our small dogs with us.

The condo was perfect. We were directly on the beach, we were able to bring our furr babies, and it was located close to everything. We will be coming back!

The view was amazing, couldn’t get any closer to the beach!! The neighbors were all amazing!!The condo was nice, could use a good carpet cleaning, especially the master!! Pots and pans need to be replaced. Warped and worn out.Furniture well worn, not comfortable.

The condo is older, kitchen is very well equipped and the views of the Gulf are fantastic. The advertised heated outdoor pool was not heated and this was a big disappointment as you can’t swim in the gulf waters. Floors need a good cleaning with more than vacuuming. Otherwise, good stay overall.

The cool weather of February wasn’t a problem…we were protected from the wind and were able to be on the balcony nearly everyday! The view of the Gulf of Mexico was amazing and we were able to see a large school of dolphins swim by.

Perfect place to stay for a nice relaxing look of the beach. Just minutes away from just about anything you could possibly want or need. Great stay!

Grate stay, short drive to everything. Pool was nice. Parking was good. Will stay there again.

We enjoyed our time at the beach. The condo was nice and just what we was looking for during our stay.

We were on the 8th floor. Elevator was out 1 1/2 days during the week making it difficult to do anything but take our dog for potty breaks only. It was out again the day we checked out making for a miserable experience for the numerous trips needed to check out with our belongings. It kinda overshadowed the good days we did have.

Everything was absolutely amazing! So clean and the owner was the absolute kindest. It exceeded all of my expectations.

Great location for 4 adults and one golden doodle. Went down for annual mullet toss so we were in/out a lot. Condo was clean and neat with beautiful view from top floor balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Read some reviews about issues with elevator but they were way overstated. Elevator was plenty big with little wait time. Additional parking across the street was convenient but we never needed. Would book again if in the area.
