Amazing Penthouse with PRIVATE decks- on Ocean Drive-

Location is the main highlight! The entrance is a bit confusing since it feels like you’re entering the restaurant in front but the beach is so close! And Ocean drive with all the restaurants, stores, and art deco gives you plenty to do! The space is large and comfortable. A few things could use an upgrade and would take it to the next level (e.g., kitchen appliances, some of the outdoor seating). Also, there is laundry available, but it’s shared and requires separate payment. Helena was always available should you need anything!

The location was very good and ample amenities to make your stay pleasurable and relaxing.

Location and views are really great. Staff was prompt/attentive, even on Xmas eve. But for the price (admittedly in peak Xmas week), I wished that the cleanliness matched the photos. The blue couch needs to be fully replaced. It looks like a frat house couch; stained. The bedding does not match the photos and appears more like barracks. Toaster and appliances look really old. Maybe partiers typically rent this place. I was there with my two daughters.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Upside - great location and the communication with owner and property manager was proactive/good. Downside - kitchen supplies were a little sparse, and the bathroom fixtures and living room furniture are a bit worn. Thank you!

It was 3 adult couples! The location was great! We were in a prime location! The actual condo was very outdated! There were no wash clothes, paper towels or toilet paper upon arrival! The the master tub was not clean

Right across from the beach

My husband and I were very excited to vacation with our adult kids in Miami especially on South Beach. We were welcomed by Helena, who is very accommodating, friendly and happy to help. She checked in with us by text everyday to see if we needed anything. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for places to go and excellent restaurants. She is so special! This apartment has the best location with shops, restaurants, bars at your fingertips and is directly across the street from South Beach. It is in a lovely historical building with excellent security. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious and a wonderful place to cool off and relax. There are two large outdoor private decks. The deck off of the living room overlooks the Miami Beach sign and the ocean. It’s a fun place to people watch. My only complaint is the patio furniture on both decks is old, rickety and uncomfortable. It needs high barstool seats and tables in order to enjoy the view along with lounging chairs and an umbrella. That would make it superb. Lastly, the reason I did not give this place 5⭐️ is because the washer and dryer does not work. There is one on another floor but it was constantly in use. Also, the kitchen needs supplies badly! The pots, pans, glassware and utensils were sparse and random. There were no dish towels or oven mitts. Yet, we’d text Helena and she’d try to bring us anything we needed. The owner needs to think about it if they want to be exceptional. Overall, we had a great stay

Excellent location - don’t rent a car. You can get anywhere you want to go by Uber or a short walk. Communicating with the property manager and owner was excellent! There isn’t any house keeping so bring laundry detergent if you want clean towels. One bedroom needed a fan but it was doable. We felt very safe there! I would highly recommend - just be prepared to take care of a few items on your own.
