Stayed Feb 9, 2025We could not get internet or tv. Spent many hours working on it. Vrbo company kept asking same thing as I showed them what we were doing. Finally next day called owner. Had been given Wrong information. Owner came and was awesome put in new tv so it finally worked. Not impressed with Vrbo co. But owner was super helpful

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Check in time was 4 pm, we arrived around 3:40 pm and went to office to get our gate pass at this point we made our way to room. We arrived at the door at 3:53 guessing we could get in 7 minutes early. We didn’t get in room until 4:20 pm because cleaning crew was still cleaning condo. We had several conversation over WiFi and the password. I quit texting Vacasa at around midnight. Finally the next day we were able to get WiFi after finding out that it quit working on the previous guests. We loved the fact that we could fish right on sight and walk to area restaurants. Pool area was nice having a heated pool and hot tub. Lots of people putting towels out to keep there spots by the pool. The one morning we did this we got our towels taken away by security, they need to be consistent on thier policy. Clearly stated on gates no saving seats but they only enforced it the one day.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I think this unit is well placed on the island and is perfect for a couple looking to have a quite but exited vacation. There are lots to do and the people are friendly. We highly recommend this home for a Marco's stay.

Stayed Jan 18, 2024First, it started with the property mgt not sending me the code to access the front gate of the community... it took over 2 hours of calls and text messages while waiting at night outside in the rain (in the car) before they sent me the. The code only worked for that one time. I needed to go to the front office to pay $30 for parking that was never mentioned in any of their post in VRBO (they only said that parking was available for 1 car). I couldn't get to the office during their office hours because I had a conference that overlapped with those hours. It took another couple of hours to get another code the next day. Finally, to top it all off, it took many other calls and text messages to get me wifi. The wifi network and code they sent me in the welcome email was from the older router that was replaced a week prior to my arrival date. They wanted me to troubleshoot the router for them. After all of this, they offered $28 as a comp for the inconvenience where I paid over a $1,000 for a 3 day-stay, 2 of which I was without access to the gate and without wifi. Very imcompetent.
