Amazing oceanfront condo with pool, hot tub, dock, & views - snowbird-friendly

Great stay in a perfect location. Sunsets were beautiful, walkable and easy to navigate the area.

Very nice condo overlooking inland waterway. We really enjoyed sitting in the porch area watching the boats go by. Kitchen well equiped. We appreciated the beach chairs for when we went to the beach.

We loved that we were able to be in Marco, but would not recommend this unit to anyone.

We are still talking about how amazing vacation was. I took my daughters to this condo because of its location which directly on the water, close to all the restaurants and beach. We visited Tiger Trail Beach which was only a 5 min drive and so nice. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We cooked plenty of meals and enjoyed fishing off the dock. My daughter was able to catch plenty of snook which was her favorite activity! Naples was a 20 min drive. we visited the downtown area and did some shopping. The pool and jacuzzi were a great amenity to cool off and relax in the evening. The gate was very easy to access and we checked in after 5pm. We received a QR code that we scanned each night in the vistor gate. The community has tennis courts and grills that we will use next time we book this property! You can also rent a pontoon boat literally next door within walking distance. This condo is perfect for anyone that loves the water and boating without the hassle of bringing their boat.

The actual condo was awesome, the lanai was amazing and gave you a rare west coast sunrise over the water because of the view of the bay. But, getting in and out of the property is a challenge. The office staff at the actually location are only available during office hours. And getting onto the property requires gate access that you must be granted first. So if you are arriving during normal hours, plan to go to the office when you arrive (they are only there for one hour after check in) and get everything straightened out. If you come after hours you may risk not getting to the condo itself.

Condo was perfect, fabulous place to stay on Marco. Communication with host was exceptional . View of the intercoastal was beautiful. I will be back.
