Amazing Ocean View and Steps to the Beach!

My family just came back from a week at this beautiful condo. The layout was perfect as we had two young children. The kitchen was fully stocked right up to tupperware. There was the basic spices, oil, coffee filters already there. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, huge beach towels, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas there. Walking distance to three restaurants, you can walk to the grocery store, but may want to take an uber back. The staff are wonderful and the place is so neat and tidy. We felt completely safe security at both entrances to get into the condos. Our family stayed two condos down and it was super easy to go back and forth. Thinking already about booking next year.

Very beautiful quiet property we loved staying here with our 3 small children. Pools and beach were beautiful and fun. If you Walk left down the beach there is a restaurant called Mama Mias right on the beach about 5 minutes away that has delicious food and drinks. All in all 5 stars!

The condo was great. The only recommendation for future guests is that you either need a car or should be prepared to use Uber a lot. There is nothing within walking distance.

The condo was super clean & comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for us. The bedrooms & bathrooms were nicely appointed. The VIEWS from every room were terrific. We spent lots of time on the balcony, almost 90 feet long with lmany seating options. The gentleman (Fredrick) who greeted us & got us settled in was helpful & nice. We ate dinner out every night (twice at Mamma Mias), just a short walk down the beach. Uber picks up in front of the condo room in the parking lot, which was helpful. We highly recommend a stay at Casa Kim, it's lovely!

Unobstructed beach view, most well equipped kitchen, courteous and responsive host, great easy location for Uber

All four sliding doors opened onto the very large deck from which we could see the Sea of Cortes. View was amazing and the roar of the tide kept us glued to the outdoors. The interior was clean and nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and spices. In the laundry room were beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and fishing poles...everything one would need.

Location, location, location, perfect view. Access to the beach and the pool were great. Kitchen well stocked with spices, cooking oil etc. And importantly for me they had some coffee filters for the coffee maker. Not something you want to run out an buy if arriving late.

Amazing views. The condo was exactly as described. A very quiet community. Beautiful pools, beautiful grounds. We love, love, love Maria the security guard! We even witnessed a turtle digging her nest for her eggs. Would definetely stay again!

Check back to Feb 8, 2024 for my more detailed review of Casa Kim & La Jolla. Frederico was the property manager that met us this trip. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything about the condo. Peter's Youtube TV in the livingroom was very versatile. We used Uber to go everywhere, a trip for 4 of us to el Centro - old downtown SJdC, only cost around 4 US. And, there were more spoons this trip.

The condo was in a beautiful, quiet condo developement.It was very close to San Jose del Cabo which is just lovely and to Cabo San Lucas. We were right on the beach which was also not crowded. We watched whales, stingrays and the large waves. We had a lovely time and will be coming back to this area.

One of the best options if you're looking to spend some time in Los Cabos. Everything is great. The view from the balcony can only be described as god-tier. We will be back!

We stayed 1 week in Cabo and 1 week in San Jose. This was a perfect spot for relaxing on the beach - not busy but easy access to old town San Jose. Loved it!!!

We were very happy with this location for our one week stay. The condo is very spacious and well lay-out. The kitchen is well organized. You need to use Uber for groceries and to go downtown. You can’t swim on that beach. The two pools at the resort are great. It’s very safe. Staff are very friendly. There are a few restaurants which are walking distance. They were a few minor maintenance issues which we did address with management. We would definitely go back.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. 2nd floor unit facing the beach with panoramic views. Two nice pools, palapas on the beach, and a quick walk to the beach. Community is convenient to several grocery stores and about 15 minutes from the art district. There was a hiccup with our stay. The unit above us was getting exterior construction that we were not made aware of. The unit's management company said the HoA had not notified them either. They tried to get the work stopped but unfortunately were not able to. The owners and management company did offer some options and ultimately we decided to stay and accepted a partial refund. Despite the hiccup, we'd come back again and recommend the unit and community if youre looking for a lowkey place to stay. Thanks to Kristen and Federico for trying to make our stay more comfortable.

Had a great time relaxing at La Jolla. Worst part was the facility cutting off the water on one day for repairs. Perfect weather and condo. Would definitely visit again!
